J & M Rooter

Jeff at J & M Rooter came out to my mothers house saying he «fixed» a link when all he did was replace a hose that had nothing to do with a leak. He even saw water under the house and did nothing to fix it lying to my mother who could never go under there and told her it was fixed charging her a good amount. She tried calling, leaving messages and was told he had bigger jobs to do and would not fix it. SHe called another plumber Carl from Carl Spencer discount plumbing and he came out, told her it was an OBVIOUS leak of water shooting out of a hose to the hot water heater but it was a tight space to work in, but he did the job completely and showed her the shut off valve that was leaking too and fixed it. My mother does not have the money to be paying 2 plumbers and being a military family I am not in town to help her, the best I can do is warn you DO NOT USE J & M Rooter. All they had to do was say they don’t have the time or skill to climb under a house and be done with it, not lie and fix a tubing for $ 150 that was not the problem.
