In addition to coaching and consulting Leslie has created a full service healthy meal delivery business that offers delicious and nutritious meals that are reasonably priced and convenient. Meals are chef inspired and are prepared in a commercial kitchen using local ingredients whenever possible. Better health is just a phone call or a meal away.

The Be Well Coach and Be Well Meals was established by Leslie O’Neill to educate and support the community on the importance of living a lifestyle that supports great health. The companies core belief is that great health starts on our plates and that food can be our best defense against illness or our worst enemy. Business Owner

Leslie is a board certified holistic health coach who lives and works in Horry, County South Carolina. Leslie’s passion and mission is to help others achieve their health and wellness goals comes from her own struggles with emotional eating and addictive behaviors toward food and over exercising. Leslie has over 25 years experience in the wellness industry and has dedicated her life to helping others heal their bodies through and integrative and holistic approach. Leslie is a self proclaimed foodie and believes that through healthy clean eating there is no need for dieting anymore. The creation of The Be Well Coach Inc. comes from Leslie’s desire to help others heal their bodies and take back control of their health.
