Opening Le Cupcake Café’ was a long-​time dream come true for Landa and her daughter Alexandria. After years of baking practice, the time finally came to open it’s doors. Cupcakes and wine! This mother and daughter team works together to create 5-​star from scratch gourmet recipes in unique categories as well as a few French delights and light lunch fare. Their passion is high-​quality ingredients and presentation in a European style and atmosphere. After much research, they discovered people dislike five things the most: 1. Dry cake 2. Too much/​too sweet/​crusty icing 3. Artificial taste. 4. Rude service 5. No seating. They set out to keep the standards for excellence high in every regard and do everything they could to avoid disappointing a single customer. Although they could have taken many shortcuts that most bakeries use, they refuse to deviate from true gourmet principles for a truly unique and delightful experience for their customers.
