P.F. Chang’s

This is, by far, one of my favorite restaurants. The food is consistently good, the service is always attentive and, although usually very busy, the atmosphere is pleasant. I have never had a bad experience at PF Changs and my husband and I go there frequently. Last night, I decided to try something new on the menu and it wasn’t to my liking. It had nothing to do with the preparation, it just wasn’t something I enjoyed. The waitress, noticing that I wasn’t eating much of my meal, inquired why and I simply told her that the shrimp was fine, but I didn’t care for the noodles. She offered to bring something else, which I declined. The manager came to our table, apologized and then voided the charge for not only my meal, but my husband’s as well. One can’t ask for better than that for good customer service. Yes, we will go back to PF Changs, again and again.

The absolute worst Chinese food that I have ever tasted… P.F. Chang’s is so hyped up… but failed to measure up to the hype… My daughter and I ordered take out from here while on vacation in Myrtle Beach… I ordered the combo lo mein & combo fried rice… She ordered shrimp lo mein & egg rolls… needless to say… we were very disappointed! Don’t waste your time or money!

Haven’t been here in a long while… They’ve gone from 4 to 5 stares to 2. They have changed their Calamari and their Lomain… Great waitress horrible food now :(

The food was good but the server doesnt look like he wants to be here. Very very sad!

My boyfriend and I dined here on Christmas Eve, we had Brad as our server. Food was great, Brad suggested a wine to go with our entrees, was very personable and made our experience very enjoyable. We will definitely be back, thanks!

Ok let me start off by saying it was wonderful that they had heated outdoor seating available right away… food was great… however our waiter needs Ritalin half way through our order he walked away and came back 5 mins later after he realized what he did… then when we got our food finally we needed more drinks he took the order and disappeared then we waited a while and the finally came then we finished our meal and we waited probably a good 20 mins before we grabbed another waitresses attention so we could have our check when a manager came to bring it to us he was inattentive but at least he was nice it was just an odd experience but at least the food was good

After a long respite, since my husband and I didn’t care for the upgrade to the menu last summer we finally decided to go back. We had a lovely waitress took good care of us the entire time. We were delighted with our meals.
The only thing we really found disruptive was a waiter Who was taking care of the table behind us. He is loud, boisterous, and doesn’t seem to know his place. He spent so much time talking and talking and talking to the table. He even went as far as introducing the table to his son.
We couldn’t wait for him to leave. He came back again and again as if they were his only table. I recalled to my husband a previous visit we had, with the same waiter behave the same way and in fact started pulling out photographs to show the patrons at the table.
Our Waitress was setting a table beside us. He began to tell her what to do. Our waitress was well trained and very appropriate. He doesn’t seem to know it’s not his place to be a guest when he is working. He is not a manager. He professes did he has been here the longest and that gives him special privileges. I did speak to the manager and expressed our complaints about this waiter and it seems that this problem is known.
I has been and I will return, however we will not be seated where this waiter works

There. Are over 2000 restaurants in this area there is no good reason to waste your money here!

The staff is «too cool» to act like decent human beings. Multiple dinners with family and friends here, and I have never been impressed. The PF Changs in Vegas, and West Palm Beach put this location to shame. Long waits, grumpy service, and attitude from the hipster employees. The food however is usually good, if they have not ran out of your item, and thats if you can get a refill on a drink. If you sit in the bar at a table, be prepared to wait for your drinks. Our server gave our waters to newer customers who sat down right as they were being poured, but who cares who came first right? 1^st come 2^nd serve, that the pf changs at market commons way. No hard feelings but I will refrain from eating here again.

Me and my girlfriend are regulars here never been disappointed with the service or food. Or wait times or anything is the best pf changs ive ever been to keep up the great jobs guys

Of all the PF Changs I’ve gone too, this is my favorite. The food seems better here and the staff is the best! I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service here!

Great selection. Lettuce wraps are so good. Austin, youngest son, got calamari. Very good. Oldest son got dynamite sushi. Said it was just ok. So we have ordered spicy shrimp dish with brown rice, honey chicken and scallops. They also have gluten free items on the menu.

PF Chang’s does a great Happy Hour. The food, the service, the location, everything is top notch and I always leave happy. I belly up to the bar and eat my way through their extensive happy hour menu. We always get the chicken lettuce wraps and the pork dumplings but this time we also tried the Jicama street tacos. The tacos are on the small side but are full of flavor and I will be adding them to my regular rotation. This location seems to always be busy but somehow I have managed to get a seat at the bar every time with no wait. I feel the service is better at the bar as well, thank you Justin! They are a chain and it is Americanized Asian food but they do it well and they are consistent. Delicious food at some great prices coupled with some splendid drink specials keeps me coming back for more. PF Chang’s don’t change a thing!

We called-​ahead for a reservation and were seated within 5 minutes beyond our time, on a busy Friday night.
We had a schedule to keep, since we were on our way to a concert, and so we communicated with our waiter up-​front, that we were ready to put our whole order in, at the git-​go, and as soon as our food was served, we asked to square-​up our check. We got in and out with drinks, appetizers and entrees within an hour.
All the food was hot and cooked on-​par with any PF Chang’s we’ve been to. We would go back.

Underly unimpressed. Everyone in May party agrees that it all tastes like something from the freezer section. The staff is very pleasant, but the menu is limited and lack luster.
Save your money and stop at the food lion down the road.

Not going here again.
What’s up P.F. Changs? I liked this place when it first opened but its not the same any more. The staff all seem rushed and impatient, the menu has been greatly scaled down (and the prices raised) in the last few years, and the food just isn’t that good. There are a dozen other Asian restaurants in the Grand Strand with better food for less money. Plus, this place is always running an hour wait. No thanks.

I live just around the corner from this location and have eaten here dozens of times over the years. I usually have take out these days; never had a bad meal…
If you’re from out of town, this location is in ‘The Market Common’ area. Grab dinner and a movie. The theater is within rock throwing distance. Lots to do in this area and the crowds are usually very manageable. Hell, you’d almost never know you were in Myrtle Beach. This area is a nice refuge from the beach crowds.
By the way. The lettuce wraps (with chicken) are amazing!

Fantastic!!! Manager Jerome helped us plan menues for dairy free and gluten free soy free. Chefs created special dishes for us. Service was good and food awesome.
We will definitely return.

It was «a pourin’ the rain» (as we say in the Carolinas) last Saturday, so we got takeout. 30 minutes for take out is kinda on the long side but it was Saturday night. There is a seasonal menu which I’m happy to see; everything from Vietnamese lemongrass chicken springrolls to heirloom tomato salad. It’s nice when a chain will break out of their comfort zone and try something new. The seasonal springrolls were awesome! As usual, I got the orange peel beef — love that orange flavored crust/​crunch on the outside and the tender beef on the inside. Consistent with what I would expect.

What can I say! PF Changs definitely nailed it at their location at Market Commons in Myrtle Beach South Carolina! With an emphasis not only on food quality, but also customer service and atmosphere of the restaurant itself, they simply did nothing wrong with our dining experience! They even managed to turn my sister who is not an Asian dining fan into a true fan!
They suggest going with several different dishes so you can sample different tastes, flavors, and sample some variety! We went with sesame chicken, broccoli and chicken, Mongolian need, chicken lo mein, and THE BEST walnut shrimp and melon! (Trust me, just get it, you will NOT regret this) that had to be one of the best dining choices I’ve ever made!
PF Changs definitely nailed this location and dining experience! If I could give it more stars, I definitely would! Please, take my advice and visit this location if at all possible!
