SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service

I’ve been a regular customer there for about 2 yrs now, but last month I went for a oil change came out with a broken ac and burning smell when I put on the heat. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I’ve been there several times and today when they gave me the total, they tacked on a miscellaneous «shop fee». When questioned he said it was supplies to clean off my engine after an oil change. When I asked for more detail he said it was for brake cleaner to clean my engine off. He then politely offered to remove the fee since I didn’t know about it. That does not instill trust, disappointing. Tacking on fees until I questioned it.

I visited Speedee after my normal go-​to oil change place was not able to fit me in. I am so glad I went in! This will certainly be my new go-​to.
The staff were all extremely nice. They had my car in and out in no time. They advised me of things I may want to look into, which was very kind of them. I did not feel pressured to do any additional work I didn’t come into the shop for and I felt the price of the oil change was reasonably priced compared to some other places in the area.
I would highly recommend this location for your oil change and tune up needs!

Great place. Very courteous and friendly! The waiting room is clean and the staff helps you quickly. Also apparently Wednesday is lady’s day! $ 5 off oil changes. I will definitely be coming back, there was no pressure to have anything more done to my car and as a college female afraid of getting screwed over, it was greatly appreciated.

Wow, outstanding service. Kudos to Jason, Karl, and the rest of the gang. Im going here from now on. night and day compared to Mieneke on rivers. Not friendly and They wanted me to wait a hour and half, these guys had me in right away and took 15 mins. Bravo

Service was incredibly fast and personable. I don’t know if the owner was on site, but the employees certainly acted like he was. The mechanic thoroughly explained problems with my vehicle and gave me estimates for repairs. My automotive knowledge level is novice (I know the purpose of various components and I can change my own oil), and the mechanic did not talk down to me. His explanations were sufficiently detailed and came across as very trustworthy. Despite my vehicle having multiple problems, service was extremely fast. This is by far the best oil change experience I’ve ever had.

Wow. This was the cleanest and most friendly shop I’ve ever been to for an oil change. No desire to scrub my body with steel wool after leaving. Always a plus.

Finding a mechanic you can trust is as critical and useful as finding a contractor you can trust. I first went to Speedee because I needed a fast oil change. I have not been disappointed and continue to use them for my oil changes and all of my automobile needs.
The owner, his wife and all of the guys who work there are just friendly people. Here’s where they stand out for me. If a problem is found, the mechanic who found the problem has always come and talked to me about exactly what the problem is, the consequences of said problem and whether it is critical to get repaired immediately or if it can wait. If a repair is conducted, the mechanic has always come and shown me the old part and pointed out why it needed replacing. This isn’t exclusive to me either because I’ve seen this same treatment for other customers. Whether I understand it all or not, I appreciate that these guys are informative and helpful.
Lastly, even if all I need is the simple oil change, once it’s done they call you out to the car, show you the oil dipstick and point out everything they did. At the end of the day, even if they aren’t the cheapest (definitely not the most expensive by far!!), I know my car is being serviced at an establishment I can trust. THAT is almost priceless.

I was getting my first oil change since purchasing my car and really wasn’t sure where to take it because I haven’t lived here long. I chose Speedee’s.
The gentleman taking my car was very nice and explained everything to me thoroughly. the prices seemed a bit high, but it could be the area, the time of year, my lack of knowledge, or the fact I have a different car than the last few times I’ve gotten the oil changed.
I would return, but will continue to shop around. I am impressed by the politeness of all employees.
