Horrible service. Very unprofessional. Took 10 minutes to get someone to look at us. The place was dead and 6 – 7 people were just standing around chatting. Tables dirty. Normally really good. Not tonight.

Horrible food and service. Save your money. Area General Manager named Tommy Foss really didn’t care. I personally told him we weren’t pleased. He could care less We will not be back

Predictable, solid family restaurant. The kids like to go here so we do. We’ve been to this restaurant more times than any other in the Metroplex and will be back many more times. Food and service are consistent and decent. Burgers are good and the chips and queso are addictive. One thing I don’t like about Chili’s is the little mini-kiosks they practically shove in your face, purportedly to make it easier for you to pay, but they’re really hoping you’ll pay to play games. We pointedly turn it backwards and put it as far away as possible from us every time we go. I was also disappointed when they took the steakhouse sandwich off the menu, I loved it.

Met here with a large group tonight and stayed quite a while. The food was about what you’d expect from a Chili’s — decent, not awful but not amazing either. However especially considering the size of our party, the service was phenomenal. Our server was Lewis(Louis? Sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong, buddy) and he was really friendly and attentive. I’d come back here just to have him wait on me again.

Very average. Had the avocado sirloin plate. Not impressed. Ordered medium rare and it came out medium. Was a bit chewy too. Definitely was not a Texas Roadhouse quality.

I’ll be honest, the only thing that brought me in was some gift cards and coupons that my father gave me. I typically prefer locally owned places. I’ve now been here twice, both times ordering from the«lite» menu. On my first visit I had the tilapia. On the second visit the chicken. Both meals were good. Nothing that’s going to rock the culinary world, but a rather tasty dining experience. Service, both times, was particularly good. Servers were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and accommodating. My only two complaints are thus 1) Can be a bit loud. First time because it was very busy night, second time it was due to a table of rowdy youths. 2) Only hot sauce they have is Tabasco, though our server did bring me some of the mango habanero, which was OK, but a bit sweet. Bottom line: Will definitely keep Chili’s in mind as a later night option(midnight Friday and Saturday, 10:30PM all other nights. Opens daily at 10:45AM).

Chad’s eSCAPE review. Service(+). We’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years. The service hasn’t always been perfect but recently the newer staff has become much more friendly and attentive. The last three trips have been very pleasant. Cost(+). For the class of «family-style fast food» restaurant that they compete with, they continue to offer new and intriguing options at a very reasonable price. Atmosphere. They have done a good job with recent bar area upgrades for TVs and appear to be investing some for landscaping. However, it still looks and appears like many of their competitors inside. Palate(+). I compare this category to only others in the same class. The last few meals i’ve had, they have put some obvious thought and consideration into new options. Prime rib tacos, and low calorie fares of mango-chile tilapia and sirloin w/grilled avocado offer some unique flavors and healthy options at a level above their direct competitors. Everything Else. The addition of the table side Ziosks are both a treat and distraction. I like the concept and there are times I just want my young daughter to play on them but other times I would like I sit with my family without the device being a distraction. Maybe consider making them an option not automatically at all tables. They have also recently instituted a rewards program. I’m an avid reward user for hotel, airlines and rental cars. This effectiveness for a program at a single restaurant chain is still up in the air. I did join though.

This is one of the better chilis near me in the Keller area. Our server was good and the food was what you would expect from this chain. I have no complaints and I will go back.

Chili’s is one of the few chain restaurants I like, well until recently. This one is very close to our home and we used to go 2 or 3 times a month. My favorite was the 4 mini-burgers with fried onion strings. Sorry, no more onion strings. But there are other great items — that’s not the reason I’ve stopped going. Almost a year ago they put in portable tablets on every table. Since I like to hear specials and interact with a live server the first thing I do is turn that terminal around and slide it down the table to face the wall. That seems like it would effectively signal my distaste for interaction with it. So, the ordering and service goes pretty well and eventually I ask for the check or as the server passes by, use the international signal that requests the check(left hand held high as a mock writing surface and right hand pretending to write on the left — works all over the world). The last two visits that has resulted in the server lunging across the table grabbing that device and insisting I check out using that dang monitor. Chili’s — take a hint — when the customer intentionally hides that thing it should suggest he wants the normal checkout process and doesn’t want to be forced to use that terminal.

A few years ago, my wife & I would frequent Chili’s quite often, but the service & food quality went to zilch. So much so that we didn’t eat here for a couple years. We decided to try it again lately and it’s definitely improved! Service is still just so-so, but the food is getting better and they’re starting to show a little bit more lively menu. They did have smoked wings and they were awesome, but I guess they were for a limited time only. However, their Lighter Choice Sirloin(medium rare will get you medium) is quite tasty and surprisingly filling… and it’s only 410 calories. Bonus!!! If you used to like Chili’s, but gave it up due to bad service and even worse food, you need to swing by and try it again.
