I went to this store to buy a mobility scooter through Medicare and was refused service. I asked them to order a scooter for 850 dollars and the store employee first said the prescription I bought into the store from the doctor was not enough and that they needed to call to get more information. It took them about a week to get back to me and when they did they claimed the doctor would not write a detailed enough prescription. I told them to go ahead and order the scooter and I would file the claim with Medicare. Texas mobility called me on October 2nd and said that they wouldn’t be able to place the order for the scooter that Medicare denied the claim. I told them again to place the order and they still refused to place it. I asked to speak to an owner and the store associate said that they were a worldwide company without an owner. I then asked why they would not place my order and they refused to give me a straight answer all they did was transfer me to a different sales associate and I asked them and they transferred me back to the sales agent that made the original transfer.
