Expedient: showed up within 15 minutes of my phone call.
Expensive: $ 100 bill for towing the car 5.8 miles from a residence to a tire shop.
Convenient: Allowed me to pay for the towing bill at the tire shop as part of their invoice instead of paying separately for a tire and towing.
Less than Thoughtful: rather than positioning the tow truck directly behind the car in the driveway when there was plenty of room to do so, the rep drove the car with a completely flat tire (basically drove on the rim) back and forth maneuvering it behind the truck.
Uncommunicative: The quote was not discussed with me in advance, I was not given the option of putting the car on the flat bed so it ended up being pulled by the front 2 wheels, and before the driver moved my car behind his truck, he neglected to ask if it was alright to do so.
