Service is not reliable. I dropped off a package and it sat there for days before it was picked up by UPS. It was picked up AFTER the «expected delivery date» I had been given. Also, on an international shipment, the address that printed out on the sticker they placed on my package was missing one of the lines of the address, but the receipt they gave me included the missing line. Because of the missing line, the package was returned to me weeks later. I didn’t realize they had omitted that line until I compared the package label with my receipt. So my package was not delivered AND I paid about $ 50 for nothing. I haven’t been back since then.
