Nahant Knights of Columbus Function Hall

I am told (by a local) that there are three places to get married in Nahant island, and this is the least glamorous. We attended a wedding here last month, and it is exactly as I would have expected from a KofC function hall — low ceilings, dark-​ish, and a cash bar. On the positive, there is a parking lot, it’s on the water and should you choose to get married outside, your guests have a harbor view while you tie the knot in the brown, wood cabana.
The passed apps and dinner were consumable. I’m not sure if they had an outside vendor prepare the food or not. The bartenders were lack-​luster, and can you blame them — it’s not an ideal gig for big tips. All in all, fine for «I do» on a budget.
