Decent selection of healthy plants and trees. Fairly large selection of home goods and nic-knacks. Not cheap but nice. Mostly just basic nursery fair but also have a small variety of water feature and indoor plants. Some of the people are quite helpful but the vast majority couldn’t care less if you want help with anything. I read the reviews before stopping by but figured it was just someone having a bad day or something. Guess not. Even when I stopped back again for one more matching plant, different people were just as bad. It’s like I was inconveniencing them to give them money… Was an odd feeling.

Beautiful place and plants. Horrible customer service. I’m 8 months pregnant and couldn’t get anyone to help me with several big plants I bought.

Great plants & gift selection, however the customer service is awful!!! The people that work here need to realize a few things. First of all they are in a service base job, smile act friendly say hello. Second remember that you work in a nursery, while I am sure that you are all wonderful people, it gives you no right to act so snobbish to your customer. Let me say it again it’s a nursery not a model agency. Get off your high horse and smile, greet people & act like you like your job.

This place had a wonderful selection of plants and gifts. I love visiting the store when they decorate for Christmas. They transform the gift shop with thousands of Christmas ornaments and décor. Definitely a place to take out of town guests.

The name of this place is a little off, it should be called«Nampa’s best gift shop». The plant/tree selection I’m sure is great but the gift shop is INCREDIBLE. Such a fun eclectic group of items. They have something for everyone– kids, men, women, moms, grandmas, etc. At Christmas time they have the most extensive collection of Christmas decorations and ornaments I have ever seen(around here). It is a must visit!

The second I walked through the door, I was taken aback with how big this place is. They have a wonderful selection of gifts, if that is what you are looking for, but be willing to pay big. They are pretty pricey. But that is not what I have a problem with. My problem is with their customer service. What I didn’t mention at the beginning of my review was that not only was I taken aback with how massive this place is, I was also chilled by the icy reception I received from the staff/owners. They just looked at me. No «welcome» or «how are you.» Nothing. They actually just stare at me as if I walked in with dog crap smeared on my face. Every time I walked into a new wing and ran into an employee, I was given the same treatment. My mom feels the same way and every time we head out there, I seem to ask myself why. I don’t think we will be heading back here. I would rather make the drive to 36th Street Nursery in Boise. Not only do they have a little restaurant inside, but they are friendly as well. Pretty much priced the same, but none of the same«I have a green thumb and you are probably just going to kill whatever I sell you» attitude.
