Rich Jarvis – State Farm Insurance Agent

We just arrived in Idaho and recently switched our policy from our former State Farm office in another state to the Rich Jarvis group. Most of my contact has been via phone and email with the wonderful Brian. He handled the paperwork and logistics of our policy changes and made sure that we retained all the applicable discounts.
A few weeks ago, we discovered a large crack in our windshield. Brian quickly contacted Safelite, who immediately contacted me. The process was incredibly smooth and hassle free. We just paid the deductible and State Farm and Safelite handled the rest.
It’s a good sign when an insurance company puts this much effort into small incidents. It tells me that if larger issues occur, they’ll have our backs.
