Established in 1989.

RTM Support Services started out as private outsourcing contractor for IBM, Pathmark, Shoprite and Catalina Coupons. In 2014 the company has since changed its focus to include small business and home office systems.

Meet the Manager

Josh W.

Manager

Josh graduated from GST BOCES in 2007 with a diploma in Computer Information Technology. In 2009 he graduated with honors from ITT Technical Institute with an Associate of Specialized Technology Degree in Information Technology/​Computer Networking Services.

He has been employed, since 2009, as a Technical Consultant primarily supporting PC’s, Servers, switches and routers. He also maintains both wired and wireless networks.
