My dog swallowd part of a chicken bone, I do not have a vet in the area so had to use google for an emergency vet. The Dr was VERY helpful over the phone, we ended up brining Spinelli in to be seen. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and professional, the Dr. was very very nice and answered all the questions we had very clearly. I am hesitant at going to new places without a recommendation from a trusted friend (especially when it comes to my dog) but was very happy with the staff here. Hopefully we wont be back anytime soon, but this will be our go to vet in the future!

I used this place for the first time for an emergency on Sunday when my regular vet was closed. All the staff was pleasant and kind. They handled my rabbit gently and expertly and carefully explained everything to me. I thought their care plan reflected good medicine without anything unnecessary. They initiated a discussion of the itemized bill for what they had planned and gave me a few minutes to think things over which I very much appreciated. They cared for my rabbit overnight until my regular vet was open and write a detailed care plan so they could follow up.
I would absolutely use this vet service again.

I brought my two dogs here on Easter Sunday for tick removal. It was my first time using this facility but the staff was friendly, polite, and very reassuring (I was in a total panic!). My dogs were seen right away and thoroughly taken care of. I was expecting it to be expensive (as it usually is at any urgent care facility) but was pleasantly surprised when the bill came to $ 37.60. I will definitely return should the need arise.

Friendly, professional, polite .
Brand new facility which is open all nights and weekends. Our dog swallowed a peach seed and had to have an emergency surgery.
We were explained clearly about all the aspects of the procedure, had time to digest it and proceed with it. We received phone calls with update and were allowed to visit the dog and spend as much time as we wanted.
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, our regular vet didn’t diagnose correcctly but the doctor on the night shift…
I highly recommend Emergency Veterinary Group.
