UNRELIABLE AND RUDE. Called this company 2 days in advance to have my car picked up, even called them the day of to say they could come early if it was more convenient. When they were more than an hour late I called and they told me they had to respond to a more important call. They gave no notice simply never showed up.
This is the cheapest company in town for a reason. If you value your time and money spend an extra 20 to have another company do the job when they say they will.

Oh my goodness! Ryan is so sweet, professional, and talented tow truck driver. He was able to get my car in and out of some compromising apartment garage and then into Third Street Auto Repair driveway! My hat is off to him!

QUICK!!! Call these guys. I have been rescued on more occasions than I’d care to admit because of various problems with my BMW. These guys were fast, helpful, and got the job done efficiently every time. If you are stranded in Napa, or even way out in Napa county off grid, they will find you. A&T Towing kept me updated on their arrival time via text, and then showed up early! John Daniel managed the big truck like it was a toy. He was courteous and upbeat and delivered my car and me to the shop early. I can’t say enough about this firm. The few time I’ve needed a tow I’ve had to wait hours for them to show up. What a pleasant surprise. I will tell my insurer what a great job they did.

Several years ago, my motorcycle was towed by these guys. Except that they didn’t tow it. They drove it off without my permission. They charged me an exorbitant fee for towing it and for keeping it over the weekend (they close down). I confronted them when I showed up to retrieve my bike. The man made some paltry excuses about it being safer to drive my bike. He drove my motorcycle without my permission and charged me for the service that was not provided.

I had an unfortunate accident today & wrecked my car. My insurance contacted A&T. Not only did they arrive when they said they would, they sent the nicest young man to help me. I live 97 miles away and was frustrated between my car accident and scared for my little dog that was traumatized from the accident. Matt, the tow truck driver they sent to me was such a great guy. He was calm, courteous, and professional. Thank you A&T towing for employing this young man & sending him to help me. What a huge asset for your company. Thank you for getting me through my ordeal today.

I called my insurance company for roadside assistance and A & T was dispatched to my aid. They showed up within the estimated wait time and helped me get back on my way in no time. My operator’s name was Randy, he was quiet and to the point. I would be happy to see them again in the future if i needed assistance.
