We had been looking to purchase our first home for several years now but we were so overwhelmed with the buying process we didn’t know where to even start. We were referred to Amy and she came highly recommended, so we asked her to show us a couple of the listings we had already found on the Internet. Amy showed us all of the houses we were interested in and even pointed out some potential issues with the property’s we would never even known to look for. After exhausting the long list of homes we had put together on our own we realized the Internet listings rarely gave you an accurate picture of what the homes were really like. Amy taught us what to look for in listings so that we could find exactly what we wanted, and she even began searching through listings and sending us homes every day. We were looking for a home within a radius of about 50 miles, so it was no easy task narrowing down the homes for us. Amy drove all over the place showing us numerous homes, at times being pickier than me, to ensure we didn’t settle for something we wouldn’t be happy with in the long run. Finally, we found the perfect home that fit every one of our needs. It was just built and was exactly what we had hoped to find. Upon finding the perfect home we realized we had no idea how to go about getting a home loan. Fortunately, being that Amy has been a realtor in our area for over 20 years, she knew exactly what documents I needed and put me in touch with the right people to get my financing squared away quickly. Also, Amy was very careful with the verbiage in our written offer which protected us from losing any of our money if the purchase didn’t work out. During escrow we ran into a couple snags with trying to find homeowners insurance and finding somebody to inspect the home. Due to the drought, the area we wanted to buy in was so difficult to find homeowners insurance it looked like the purchase was going to fall through. Again, we called Amy and she took care of everything by finding us reasonably priced homeowners insurance and a reputable home inspector.
Finally after taking possession of our new home we are ecstatic! We love having our own place and I’m so happy we listened to Amy and did not settle until we found the right home. Amy my even visited our home after the purchase was complete and helped us to pick out reliable appliances, landscaping stuff, and guided us through some minor home modifications we wanted to make.
Most recently we found out the home builder did not disclose some information regarding the utilities, even though the contract was very clear. I attempted to resolve the issue with the home builder myself but after several weeks it was very clear he had no intention of correcting the issue. I contacted Amy and told her what was going on. Even though the purchase was already final, and the issue was not her fault, she stepped in and got things resolved. The home builder went from ignoring my calls before Amy got involved, to literally being at my front door to fix the issue two days later. Also, to my surprise, Amy got him to reimburse me for my time and for not disclosing to me what he should.
I can not think of one aspect of the purchase that Amy didn’t help us with or guide us through. Hopefully this is the only home we ever purchase but if not, I definitely know I’ll be using Amy as my realtor for the next one.

Amy helped my husband and I buy a home while we were relocating back to the states from overseas. She was excellent from day one all the way through after closing. She communicated effectively and quickly with us through email and across multiple time zones, worked with our very tight time frame, led us through closing while we were in a different state, even found a contractor to do work on the house before we moved in!
I was also impressed that Amy was able
to find us a house in Davis, outside of the area she usually works in. She was always forthright, professional, and honest. I highly recommend her for buying or selling.

Amy is a super real estate agent. She was totally on the ball — very competent, knowledgeable, professional, and got back to me quickly any time I contacted her. What’s more, she is very friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease about the whole process. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Napa/​Solano area.

Amy was my real estate agent during a series of transactions a few years ago, and she was amazing. She’s helped me buy. She’s helped me sell. Constantly, she played the roles of sharp business woman, thorough accountant, loyal advocate, honest advisor, hand holder and sounding board. I couldn’t have gotten through it without her.
