As a former Realtor between 2004 – 2014, Armand brings a very diverse background and perspective to the lending experience. He knows very well the hurdles that Real Estate agents face in properly approving a client, getting their offer accepted, closing escrow on time, and keeping all parties up to date and informed at each step of the process.

Armand has been active on the Petaluma Chapter of Realtors and has written articles on Real Estate for the Petaluma Patch and the Argus Courier. A native to Petaluma, his community involvement includes ongoing service as a mentor at the Mary Collins school at Cherry Valley with Mentor Me Petaluma.

Armand works at the Napa Branch of Bay Equity Home Loans alongside long-​time referral partner and branch manager, Rick Costa. Customer service a number one priority, he accommodates meeting clients at Bay Equity’s offices in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, and Napa.
