Scheduled an appointment for friday at 10
I showed up and the business wasn’t opened. Neighboring businesses said Adam hasn’t shown up all week. So im not the only one he’s flaked on.
Adamn doesn’t answer my calls or reapond to my voicemails.
Really unprofessional

Adam is hands down the best window tinter in the Bay Area. Fortunately for me he is located in my hometown of Napa. He is meticulous about his work, and is very fair with his prices. Adam has tinted windows for my vehicles for the past five plus years. Always an A+ job and always stands behind his work. I can say to the Unilocal community with confidence that Bay Area Window Tint and Adam are the choice if u need tint.

This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever ran across. I made an appointment a week ago, drove all the way from Fairfield and they weren’t opened. I never received a call to cancel or reschedule or anything. Ill never recommend this place to anyone, I’ll tell people not to come here.

These guys did my job on my FRS a few years back so I decided to go back to them for my Genesis I make an appointment at 3 o’clock I get there I was told that he won’t be back for 30 minutes bad business

I made an appointment to have my windows tinted over a week ago took half the day off work get to Napa from Sonoma county. My appointment was at 1:30 so I made sure I got there at 1 sat there for 40 minuets just so this lady could show up to tell me he was out doing another job. NOTE: I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL TO LET ME KNOW HE WASNT AVAILABLE TODAY TURNS OUT HE NEVER WROTE MY NUMBER DOWN AT ALL. We asked what we could do she said he wouldn’t be back till way late. Then she proceeded to STILL ASK IF I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE??? I don’t mean to be rude but this guy obviously cares more about his corporate customers more than his normal customers no call no nothing. I lost half a day of work 2 houses in a fire and a friend in a car crash and then a guy who calls himself a professional who can’t even give a courtesy call has some lady show up to ask if want to reschedule. Man I’m glad I went to Audio House who matched my price took my number down were 150% focused ON MY NEEDS and had the answers to all my questions. IT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

I’ve been going to this place for years. Very professional great customer service. I would recommend this place for sure to family and friends.

You want your car tinted? This is the place you want to be. My windshield was damaged by road debris and had to be replaced. Previously I had came to Bay Area Tint and Adam the owner did impressive work at a reasonable price. My second time around was better than the first. Professional work, courtesy and knowledge of the tinting laws of California. This left me well informed. His pricing is very fair. The work is highly component and looks damn good. As far as the previous tinting, I’ve had no issues, no peeling and no warping. Adam’s good. I’ll let him wrap my car as advertisement to let the world know. So make an appointment and there still will be a line. He’s that good.

After searching online and reading about many places I decided to take my car to bay area window tinting to Adam. The service and price were amazing and my windows came out excellent. I was very nervous to take my car anywhere since it’s brand new but I have zero complaints. He said the job would be done at 12 and it was done at 11:45. Very great service I would recommend coming here to any of my friends and family.

Adam is AMAZING. As a girl, I’m always a little scared to go to places to get stuff done to my truck because they usually will give me a hard time. But Adam made me feel like he actually cared. Which he did! While he worked on my truck i left to run errands, when i came back he had altered the front strip on my windshield because the length we talked about wouldn’t look good or help block the sun since I’m so short. and he was right! he cared enough to think and care about my needs and not just my money. my truck looks great, perfect lines, and great price. i refer everyone and anyone hear. best around!

Got my front window tint removed here because of a ticket from CHP. This place was the cheapest place in the entire area. He fit me in his schedule and i was in and out within 5 minutes. This place definitely has my business in the Napa area.

Saw a company truck driving down the highway, not only was he driving 80 mph in the slow Lane, but he also cut me off and zipped around a semi truck.
Then he was cut off by another truck, and he proceeded to flip off the driver. All while still driving 80 mph!!!
Not too cool in your company truck!

More than just car windows — I called Adam at Bay Area Window Tinting because I needed some windows in our office tinted. He was great on the phone, taking down all the information he needed to understand the job and find our office. I was working on a tight deadline, and Adam was very helpful working around my schedule. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, and was very proactive with communicating when he was delayed the day of the install. Five stars (or more) for his service! The install went fabulous, he was very attentive to not damaging anything in the office, keeping things clean, and ensuring his own safety. He even apologized for taking an emergency business call while he was working. Amazing! I would use him again in the blink of an eye!
They also do car windows, and from the sounds of things stand behind their work completely. Give them your business, you won’t be disappointed.
