Carols in the Caves

If you are looking for an alternative to the standard churchesque Christmas carols this might be the right stop for you. This is a one man band that plays a variety of international instruments and carols from around the world. This is a very interactive and intimate show. Audience members are encouraged to sing along and are also given the opportunities to play instruments on select carols. Don’t be afraid of a bad singing voice… the acoustics in the cave make everyone sound great.
Aside from the great environment, the energy of the performer is what truly makes this show great. His corkey, positive attitude makes the even enjoyable. You cannot leave here without being in the Christmas spirit.
Being performed in wine caves lends to both amazing acoustics and a fun atmosphere. I attended the event a Viansa winery. We were offered 2 small tastes of some of there wine. There was also cheese, crackers, and fruit available to snack on. Viansa also has a fun market for shopping before the show and during intermission.
