In the midst of a hot spell in Napa, called Scott to fix my AC. Showed up the next morning right on time and completed the repair within 30 minutes! Professional, friendly, efficient and reasonable. Highly highly recommend.

Everywhere I called was backed up for at least a week. Called Scott and he was at my door in 30 minutes. He was able to fix my ac unit quickly and was really friendly. I’ve been using Unilocal for years and have never written a review so that should say something. This guy is great! Don’t waste your time with those big business folks!!!

Scott Oleson, the owner of the business, came to my house after I called for service on my air conditioning unit when I discovered it wasn’t cooling. He responded immediately to my call and came early that afternoon. He had it fixed in a matter of 20 minutes at a very decent rate. This was in the middle of a few heated days so getting service that quickly was unheard of. I highly recommend this business. He and his co-​worker were very professional and courteous.

Scott Oleson is the owner of this small family run business. A few days ago one day prior to the coldest temp on record for Napa my furnace quit working. I called a couple of Napa HVAC companies and got response times from 4 days (Bell Products), to late afternoon the following day. I called Scott, he responded at 8 AM, fixed the problem (blown capacitor) and we were warm and toasty in minutes. His bill was very reasonable. We need a new system soon as ours is approaching 30 years old and you can bet Custom Heating and Air Conditioning will be our choice!

Great job! Efficient and VERY reasonable! Returned my call and was able to fit me in within 10 – 15 minutes!!! Lucky for me because the heater had gone out the night before and it was cold!!!

The owner is Scott Olesen. Our furnace went out and I called him, he was here in 10 minutes!!! He took the furnace apart, went to the store to get new filters (he didn’t have our size on his truck). and fininshed up at a reasonable price. I recommend him over anyone else in Napa. The other places I called were much more $$. He knows what he is doing and gets to the problem fast. My house was 55 degrees when he came and now it a sweet 68. Thank You Scott!!!
