It is now 2014 and we have used Bridget’s services several times since I last wrote a review. Consistency!!! Bridget continues to provide excellent service and will be taking us to SFO again for our next journey. Kudos to someone who puts her customers first and is constantly improving her business practices (e-​mail confirmation of reservations is new lately) and updating her rolling stock.

Exceptional and personable service. Picked up and delivered exactly At the scheduled time. this was only made possible because the owner, Bridgette knows the lay of the land like the back of her hand. I’ve been to this wine region over a dozen times, and she taught me of short cuts and back roads that I didn’t know existed to avoid Pride and NASCAR weekend traffic. We were all extremely impressed. Elite limo and Bridgette are DEFINITELY our «go to» for a fun, carefree, and safe transportation experience in the napa and Sonoma region. A great value.

My wife, daughters, and my favorite mother-​in-​law just came back from wine country and they cannot stop talking about how wonderful their experience was with this company! They say Bridgett was just awesome and her attention to detail and service was perfect. And they feel it was a good value for the price paid and the service received. This was the best value for a limosine in Napa. I did a lot of research, and it was a very good price for a 6-​passener limo. There were only two of us, but I didn’t want to drive around in a small town car for only $ 5 an hour less. The limo picked us up about 15 minutes early, which was really cool (then again, we did return 15 minutes early as well). It was a newer looking limo, so don’t worry they wont’ pick you up in some wank ass looking 60’s limo. The inside of the limo was very nice and clean, we had free champagne, water bottles, etc. Just make sure you know where you want to go.

Don’t ever get a car from this place. I swear our driver showed up stoned and we had to walk to the limo because he couldn’t see us from a block down. Never again.

I had an AWESOME experience with this company. For starters communication with Bridget was always perfect. She answered all my calls promptly and was clear on all the details of the the service costs, type of limo, and length of time. Elite Limo was also very understanding with my booking mishap (I showed up and booked the limo on the wrong day and had to call her 15 minutes prior to reschedule for the next day). Even though she had another booking later in that day, she squeezed us in and was VERY nice about it. And, with 12 girls to get moving, was very understanding when our departure was a little delayed and actually in the wrong location again (d’oh). Did you know that some of the rooms at the Silverado are like a quarter of a mile away from the resort? I didn’t– whoopsie!
We had a ford excursion which turned out to be BEAUTIFUL and more importantly CLEAN (I am a germaphobe) and very roomy. Geez I don’t think the car was more than 2 or 3 years old. The drinks and champagne were iced and glasses cleaned each time we went to a different vineyard. Bridget was always prompt and ready to go when we called her (I think she stayed at each location the whole time) She even offered to take pictures for our party so we could all be in them together.
The ride back to our hotel was so smooth, that pretty much everyone fell asleep. The icing? When we left, she asked the bachelorette to take a sunroof picture which we didn’t even think of, and we are so glad that we picked here for our limo services. Would highly recommend this company (not the Martinez one which I hear is a cause for confusion) to anybody with a large party!

We had a perfect experience with Elite Limos. Our driver — Jim — showed up on time, was friendly and easygoing. He was terrific at restocking the limo with waters throughout the day and anticipated when we’d return and was there waiting with the door open. He offered us some good suggestions of places we wanted to go, and was accommodating with a quick trip to the grocery store on the way home, even though we ran a bit over our allotted time.
And best of all — he was totally willing to be our photographer for the afternoon — an important trait when taking around a group of girls!

I would absolutely recommend Elite Limo to anyone. I used them recently for my sister’s bachelorette party weekend in Healdsburg. The driver was so friendly and helpful and even helped me pick a place for take-​out lunch and recommended a winery to picnic at. We had a schedule to stick to and the driver was always on time and ready for us. The limo expedition was also very clean and perfect size for 13 of us. For the price and service, I would definitely recommend this company. They helped make the weekend a success!

prompt, courteous, informative, helpful, well-​dressed and good-​smelling. plus, champagne, soda, and bottled water included. stay away from the hard liquor though… looks like it’s been sitting out for months. but whatevs, who drinks whiskey in a limo during wine tasting?
