Dr. Pappas is the greatest! Very personable and explains everything. I had and extraction, 4 implants and a bone graft done in less 2 hours from walking into the office! Pain afterward was minimal. Appointment hours are flexible. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The staff even followed up a couple times/​days afterward to check on me. If he was general dentistry he would do everything for me! A++++++++

Pain free tooth extraction, no kidding. He’s awesome, fast, professional. And I was sent home with ice cream! How can I get more than 5 stars, he’s a 10.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pappas for over ten years. He has done several implants on me over the years. He always put me at ease and he is casual and friendly which makes a patient feel comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Pappas in a heartbeat. I traveled several hours to get to his office. I live out of State now and would return to Dr. Pappas if I needed his services.

Dr. Pappas has been amazing. It’s been a long road with multiple extractions, implants and Ortho. I’ve received top-​notch care and always a speedy recovery. He’s a dental magician and wouldn’t trust my grill with any other. Thank you and your awesome team!

I am a long time/​frequent patient of Dr. Pappas (since early 1990’s). So now that I have two teen boys… it was the obvious/​best choice to take my eldest son to Napa Valley Oral and Maxil. Surg. for removal of all four wisdom teeth. From consult to followup was seamless and easy. My son’s pain was minimal all things considered and he is healing quickly (he is 9 days post op today). When it is time for my younger teen to have his wisdom teeth removed we will only go to Dr. Pappas. I am so glad to have Dr. Pappas only a town away (we live in Sonoma).
I can’t thank them enough… but hear it again: Thank you so much Dr. Pappas and staff! By the way, their new office is fabulous too and state of the art.

Hands down — Dr. Pappas is the best! We drive an hour to see him (even though there are plenty of oral surgeons in our city) because of his skill, manner, and kindness.
He is determined to do the best job possible and truly cares about his patients and families. My son needed multiple procedures. Dr. Pappas took extra time, care and and thought to coordinate things with us and the outside orthodontist, explained things to us and was MORE than fair with the fee (+ we got a pint of Ben and Jerry’s with every procedure = my son’s favorite part :)
I happen to see a lot of doctors and specialists — Dr. Pappas gets Dr. of the year award from me!

Very personable, professional and knows his stuff. Had two appointments with him and both were fast, professional done and reasonable in charges. The first appointment was a consultation on an implant and his opinion of doing a bridge instead was a much better decision. The second visit was for removing a cyst on the inside of my lip. I was in and out what seemed like a few minutes and have no further problems. John also answered all of my questions through email that I forgot to ask when I saw him. He is as good as it gets!!!
