Dr. Armstrong has been my gynecologist for many years. I have been impressed by his thoroughness and professionalism. His office staff have also always been efficient and friendly.

Dr. Armstrong is nothing less than FaBuLoUs!!! He takes the time to inform and educate his patients in a caring and genuine manner with full undivided attention… Promotes and encourages questions and insists you call if anything related arises! His staff is great; friendly, happy with smiles on their faces! Totally makes you feel welcomed and at ease! Couldn’t ask for anything more in a doctor and his staff!

I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. John Armstrong for many years. We are also members of the same church in our community. He is very caring and compassionate, takes plenty of time to explain and discuss results and options. He treats the whole as in physical, mental and spiritual health. I have complete confidence in his expertise and technology. I am so much healthier since becoming his patient!
Last year, my mother was experiencing a serious health issue and had been seeing a Urologist a couple times a week for four months. Test after test and was going nowhere. She kept getting worse. The Urologist decided she needed an Ultrasound but it would take another week and a half to get her in at the Queen. We came home and I called Dr. Armstrong’s office, explained to the staff our dilemma. Dr. Armstrong came on the line and told me to bring her in at 2:00 the SAME DAY! The ultrasound revealed Uterine Cancer and surgery was scheduled for a few days later. All went well for my mother at age 86, who is cancer free thanks to Dr. Armstrong’s quick and decisive actions. He literally saved her life! It doesn’t get any better than that! I and my whole family would highly recommend Dr. Armstrong and his wonderful staff if you are searching for an OB/​GYN in Napa, Ca.

Dr. Armstrong has been with me through the years as a caring, compassionate doctor who has kept up with the latest technology, spends all the time necessary for appointments & doesn’t give up when I was allergic to the most recommended treatment & had to try something else. Finally cured. And when I was without insurance he forgave much of my bill.

Dr. Armstrong is a caring and highly qualified physician. His choice of billing services, however, is flawed.
has been a problem for the past two years, at least, and in spite of my giving Dr. Armstrong’s staff documentation of each instance of billing inaccuracy he, apparently, is blind to how inept bookkeeping reflects upon his business. Their billings have been repeatedly incorrect and have reflected inaccurate information relative to actual proceedings, curiously, while the insurance filings have been in order. Their staff «prefers» that you register @ web site before they will talk to you regarding bills and will never take calls, opting to call back when their limited, defensive staff has time. After two brief discussions with
, they finally sent a revised, still incorrect bill which I paid, taking their error as my bonus for tolerating incompetence two years in a row.

Great doctor! Very caring, speaks with you in his office to go over results and tests, very caring and concerned. Great staff as well. No problems with billing. Long appointments.
