M & M Specialties

These guys are great! They recently fixed a problem with one of my trucks. This is when others said that the problem was major or it when it was described as something else. Since I know Mark and Mike, when they checked it out, they gave me their evaluation. After I took it to them, they fixed the truck and everything went very well. I trusted them to fix it and as usual it came out better than when it went in.

I highly recommend M&M for all your auto needs from stock to custom. I have a 71 Camaro that I am installing a LS2 swap into and they have helped me do some of the work and Mike is very knowledgeable in custom work and modifications. I have been to many others that say they do this kind of work but none as good as here. I would bring all of my repairs here without hesitation. I am willing to drive over an hour for their expertise.5 star for sure. I have recommended many other and will continue to do so.

My little fender bender on a 10 year old Hyundai (my baby!) turned into a totaled car after I took it to another unmentioned body shop first (big mistake) to get an estimate on repairs. After buying the car back for a «total loss» and taking what the insurance co. gave me, I drove it over to M&M and knew this was the right place right away. Brian worked with me throughout the process, always called when he said he would, and treated my «economy car» like it was a Ferrari. The work was meticulous and the price was very reasonable. Mike the owner introduced himself and was so enthusiastic about making sure I was happy with the work on my car (I was). I noticed one review mentioned they don’t take credit cards, but they actually do, so that may have been a past issue. If you’re looking for a shop that has free chilled water, a coffee maker, and Grey Poupon, this may not be your place. There’s one chair in the sparse waiting room, and little more than a counter. But if you want a good place that does quality work at a reasonable price, either out of pocket, or through an insurance claim, and offers top notch excellent customer service, this is the place!

I get the impression that this is a fairly small operation that hasn’t done a lot of advertising, and that’s why you should go here. You’re going to get a superior level of skilled work for a lot less than the bigger places with more overhead.
Mike did the work on my car, and it took a little longer than expected simply because it turned out that someone had done previous work on my bumper and, since the underlying paint was peeling, he wasn’t satisfied with the idea that the previous work would hold up long term. So he asked if he could keep the car one more day so he could sand down to plastic and do a perfect job.
Did he charge more for the extra hassle? No. No complaints whatsoever. In fact, he apologized for the extra day. No problem Mike. Next time I need body work done, I know where to go, over to M&M next across the street from Walmart over on Lincoln Ave. (M & M’s not actually on Lincoln. It’s on the side road on the other side of Lincoln, next to AAA towing).

My boyfriend has been coming to this place for a long time. Because they do NOT take credit cards we called around the area and got a couple of quotes from different shops around the area. This shop had the best quote by at least $ 200-​$ 300. I honestly pretty much know shit about cars but I saw the mechanic check his own work to make sure things were running smoothly. I would give them 5 stars but they should be able to accept major credit cards for those of us who would rather charge things like that…
