I scheduled an airport pickup from Napa to SFO a week in advance and confirmed it the day prior to pickup. THEY NO SHOWED. When I called to ask where the driver was, they said there were a lot of reservations and simply forgot about mine and suggested I get an Über.

We booked a Napa wine tasting event and went with the Mercedes Sprinter limo. Gary was our driver and was wonderful. Gary got us your tasting reservations on time and was very accommodating with all of our requests as well making sure all of our wine made it in the limo and home with us at the end of the evening. We definitely use them again!

Booked a «flat rate» car service to SFO. Company ultimately charged my credit card 29% more than agreed upon rate. (Note: it was an early AM trip, so no traffic, etc would justify extra charge.)

I arranged for my boss to receive a ride from Petaluma to the Oakland airport and back the next day. Bobby was our driver and he was super accommodating. We even had a little emergency where I had to meet them to give my boss a box of samples, and Bobby helped arrange the exchange on their way to the airport. Can’t wait to use their services again, hopefully for fun next time!

Napa Shuttle & Limousines screwed up our itinerary pretty badly and did very little to compensate for their mistakes.
A friend of mine booked a limo for an all-​day Napa trip. She sent a detailed itinerary to the limo company days before our trip. The company missed her email completely and somehow dispatched the limo all the way to a restaurant in Yountville at 10am. We were supposed to be picked up in SF at 10am.
Many confusing and frustrating phone calls ensued. One of the people my friend talked to admitted they found her email and said something along the lines of, «Just because we received it doesn’t mean we read it.» As if the fault wasn’t entirely theirs. Not helpful at all.
At one point, we were told a different limo was coming for us, but that limo ended up in at some address miles away and never came for us. Maybe they confused us with some other group. Shitshow.
We waited 2h for the driver who had driven all the way to Napa already to come back to SF. Given the delay, we had to cut the first winery we planned to visit out of our itinerary. (I’m glad we weren’t charged any late cancellation fees.) We were allowed to end the limo reservation 2h later than originally agreed upon, but that was very feeble compensation.
They also charge you 5% extra if you pay with credit card instead of cash, which seems absurd.
Our driver was polite and patient. No complaints about him.

Their customer service is top notch! When I first made the call to book the limo they spent time with me on the phone to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I was booking the right size limo for my group. I called back twice to adjust the pick up time and group size and every person I talked to was extremely patient & accommodating.
Our driver Brandee texted me the morning of my party to let me know that she was on her way and she arrived right on time. We had the Mercedes Sprinter for our group of 13 and it was the perfect size. I have already had a friend book this company for her party in September and will continue to recommend them to other friends.

My fiancée booked this service for her bachelorette and the entire experience was a fiasco. The driver arrived over half and hour late and sped the girls down a winding country road to deliver them at a wine tasting, completely nauseous. One of the girls became roadsick, and was expertly able to contain her expulsion to a cup, with minimal overflow in the limo’s bar area before the driver pulled over, blocking the winery’s traffic flow. The driver went on to charge the group a $ 1,000 clean-​up fee for the mess that her driving caused. This included a carpet cleaning fee for the entirely carpetless nausea wagon. The girls called management to fight the outrageous charge, and management was «offended that you would even suggest it was our driver’s fault.»
TLDR: First group to throw up BEFORE a wine-​tasting. One star.

We rented one of those huge SUV limos for 17 people for a bachelorette party in Sonoma.
Tom, our driver was awesome, mostly because he basically saved the day twice for us.
The SUV limo we rented was super fabulous, Tom arrived early at the house we were staying at, helped us take group pictures and was a great driver. Tom went above and beyond for us when the bride left her phone at one of the tasting rooms and he went back to retrieve the phone (which was found in a bush… don’t ask me why). He also helped pick up lunch for us and even went back to the lunch place when we realized the restaurant had messed up the order.
Tom was great and I would totally recommend this company to any of our friends.
