Becky is awesome and was patient with me when I was being super indecisive about the storage size I needed. She always remains professional regardless of how much she has on her plate. The man that works here (his name is slipping my mind at the moment) is also awesome. He thought I left my unit unlocked and left the premises so he called me right away. I always feel safe and comfortable at their facility. The only negative thing I have encountered is the man at the call center (that they use when they are away from their desk). I’ve spoken to him two or three times and he gets a condescending tone with me if I don’t want to go into details with him. Moving forward — I will just call back until Becky I available or stop on by. Regardless of that they are the best to do business with and have good rates! Oh ya, and after the «big» earthquake their facility was untouched. Even being so close to the heart of the action so I feel like my belongings are safely stored here.

My wife and I bought a travel trailer that was stored here. The previous owner had paid the storage fee through the end of the month and it was no problem for us to get a gate code even though we hadn’t done any paperwork, except for giving them a photocopy of my driver’s license. If we need to store the trailer longer they will let us do it month-​to-​month. I was treated very nicely by a gentleman in the office and by the manager Becky Lear. This seems to be a very we’ll run and maintained storage facility.
