Paradise built our pool ten years ago. We just learned that they put the rebar too close to the plaster and that is why rust stains are forming on our pool walls. Water will soon get in and the pool walls are likely to eventually crumble. The second opinion we got couldn’t believe they made such a sloppy mistake. Nice guys but we are so bummed to realize our pool is failing so quickly.

After lots of research, Unilocal included, 4 proposals and 4 interviews, we chose Paradise Pools. What a great decision! Everyone from office (Tim, Rebecca, Lauren) to field (too numerous to name) was professional and extremely competent. Randy and Ramon were hands-​on managers for the project. Any unexpected issues were quickly and calmly resolved by the unflappable Randy. No unauthorized change orders, no surprises, no negativity. You can expect to pay a bit more compared to other companies, but it’s worth every penny.

They were great. They gave us a fair estimate and did what they said they would do. The service and attention is first rate. If you are going to build a pool in this area they are the best choice by far.

The people at Paradise Pools are excellent! They installed our pool about 10 years ago and they have been servicing it since. The pool has maintained its original look!

I’m unfamiliar with anyone than Juan at Paradise — but if they’re all like him then you should be very pleased with this company’s service.

One of their employees used a pry-​bar type tool when replacing an underwater light that had burned out. As a result he damaged the water proof coffer that held the light. The pool started to leak water. Due the large amount of replacement water we had to add, the pool chemistry got messed up. Paradise was slow to respond to our calls for help. and reluctant (or incapable) to help us figure out what to do. We had to terminate the relationship with Paradise and hire a new pool technician who quickly solved the problems. However, I had to drain the pool below the lights, repair the coffer and then refill the pool. The total cost to me was over $ 10,000. Thanks Paradise. We had been a good customer for more than five years when we had to terminate the relationship.

These guys are honest and professional. They stand by their work and keep their appointments and commitments. We would wholeheartedly recommend them for your spa, pool or fountain work.
