This truck is by my work every Thursday.
Pro’s: Super yummy, I always go for the Santa Fe Wrap with chicken. They are always willing to make a slight substitution for me, plus they accept debit cards.
Con’s: A little pricey and they tend to use a little too much dressing.
Overall, I keep coming back most Thursday’s so the positives definitely out weigh the negatives.

Very good salad wrap, despite using a touch too much sauce. Good selection of chips and drinks. Price is a little on the expensive side, but imagine it is a low margin business and necessary to make ends meet. Have a feeling this is a four star truck and will definitely try them again.

Dressing was super boring. I had a Steak Wrap and a BLT salad. Barely any meat in either one no avocado in my salad. Mostly just a ton of lettuce. 11 plus dollars each. Would not go back.
Really need to work on your recipes and ratios of ingredients.

Last night, I experienced Phat Salads and Wraps and I was less than impressed. I paid 11+ dollars for a steak salad wrap which was A LOT of lettuce, okay dressing, and a game of hide and seek with the small pieces of cold steak. I would not go here again and was disappointed because my overly priced meal was something that I could’ve easily made at home with no skill (and probably better) for a smaller price. No Thanks! They also only sold sun chips… what? Great service though.

Amazing!!! The owner is a bit socially awkward but it only the first time around. All wraps are great but if you hate onions don’t try the New Yorker, I love onions and I only had a bite and tossed it. :(

«Best salads in Napa» is right (I googled best salads in Napa and Phat Salads popped up)! Fresh, huge (what you want when you’re just having salad) and delicious!
This place is AWESOME! It’s a mobile salad palace! Gia was fantastic (great customer service) and my Santa Fe chicken salad was delicious … Love the chopped salad style with the perfect amount of dressing and extras (not overwhelming, just right).
I also tried the tortilla soup which was amazing. Beautiful chunks of perfect, ripe avocado, homemade tortilla chips and a perfect chicken broth. Love the speed and service … the food is freshly fantastic!

Took a different route home this morning and saw the truck and a sign for breakfast burritos. I’m beyond glad I stopped and the breakfast wrap was far better than anything I’ve had in Napa. Thick bacon, cooked to perfection, with all the fixin’s one would want. Highly recommended and I will be back in the very near future. Thanks Gia!

I got a Chicken Cesar Salad Wrap from here a few days ago. They have many options and 2 different types of tortilla as well as the option to «make it phat» which is double meat.
I only gave them 4 starts because it took a lot longer than I expected, especially when I only have a 30 minute lunch break. My wrap was huge, which is great for the price. But it fell apart all over the place and I had to use a fork and knife. The wrap had good flavor though and there was lots of chicken. I just wish it was slightly smaller and had less of the white romain lettuce ends.

Best place in napa to get fresh delicious food!!! I wish they would travel to my city, I would be there breakfast lunch and dinner!!! My favorite thing to order there is a phat wrap called the new Yorker with steak, fresh avocado and great flavor in every bite!!! I just ate lunch and writing about it makes me want to travel to napa just to have one!!! (haha) If ever you are in napa swing by Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet off of soscol for a bite to eat bc it is definitely as good as it gets!!! Thank you Gia =))

I came accross this truck at the American canyon Fourth of July and boy I am happy I opted to trying it.
I had the New Yorker with steak and it was delicious! I am One of those who loves the wraps with extra lettuce and veggies and this was perfect a great mixture of fresh veggies and dressing it is a phat salad. I will keep my eye out for you phat salad you’re simply fresh!

Words cannot describe how much I love Phat Salads! The best food truck in town for sure! It’s always fresh and quick and sooooo delicious. The menu has great selections but I get The Classic Caesar wrapped with steak and added with bacon. Best combo ever when you want something yummy on your lunch break. Only thing that sucks is that sometimes the truck won’t be there after 2 pm and on weekends. But other than that, great lunch spot!

I was hungry 60 minutes later because the salad was skimpy. I ordered BLT with grilled chicken and was going to take it up to the counter because ½ way through the salad I remembered it was supposed to have avocado on it… and then the 2 cubes presented themselves. I expect more from a gourmet food truck.

Phat Salads and Wraps catered two corporate events for us and these wraps were a huge hit! Employees were offered one of four wraps and all received rave reviews. I enjoyed The New Yorker and the mix of fresh greens and meat was tremendous. The size of the wraps blew my mind but I didn’t feel overly full after lunch. The staff was also great and even prepared wraps for our night shift. I was extremely grateful for Phat to come out to Vacaville for our events. We would definitely have them back!

I live in Napa and have been visiting this truck for quite a while now. I was apprehensive at first to try the wraps because my past experiences with wraps in general have not been positive. However, I love these!
I’ve tried every wrap on the menu and they’re all good. She uses very fresh ingredients and they’re just the right size. My personal favorite is the Caesar wrap with chicken. It’s simple, but has a great spicy dressing that I love.
She also does phone in orders, which is great when you’re in a hurry.
Overall, I’d say if you are looking for a lunch that tastes great and doesn’t feel like a brick in your gut, this is a must try.

As most Napans, I have driven by this place so many times. I finally stopped and so glad I did!
I ordered the chicken Santa Fe and wow it was delish! I wish I would have ordered double protein, I ended up being hungry a few hours later.
My only gripe about this place is that they sell out! I usually take my lunch from 12:30 — 1:30 and every time I go by, the owner tells me they are sold out. Sheesh, it’s happened about 4 times now and I am almost ready to give up. Well not quite, but maybe I will just call my order in and reserve my wrap.

Will be back for sure! I ordered the Cali BLT on wheat. The lettuce was perfectly dressed, not to heavy with the ranch so everything still felt light and crisp, but also enough to add some great flavor.
I think I may try the asian or the santa fe next if I feel like venturing out a bit, but I loved the BLT.
The owner was great too, she seemed to know a few people in the line — lots of repeat customers says a lot.
