First time buying an actual e-​cigarette besides those found in 7 – 11, etc. The staff was very helpful in helping me choose what was right for me, they didn’t try and sell me the most expensive item in the store. A variety of juices to choose from, it took me a good 5 minutes at least to decide on the flavor of juice, I was torn between the strawberry crème and the melonhead… walked out with both.

Thanks guys, you always help me out with coils and cotton and E Juice, make my weekends brighter !

Useless, the employee didn’t say more than 2 words to me. It looks like an awesome store, SO much potential. But I was the only person in the store and the employee was too busy cleaning his pipe to help me at all. What a waste of time.

If I could give 2.5 I would the prices are ridiculous for certain items the juices should be cheaper if you buy a higher ml or multiple bottles. Most of the workers aren’t really friendly and need to be trained in retail.

The place is sometimes kinda dirty. I almost feel like the staff are on… the spectrum, to put it nicely. They have a decent selection. I tried some of their own brewed brand at their tasting table (which I’m a little hesitant about the cleanliness of it) and they seemed good. I bought one, one time, and while it tasted good enough over there, in my mod it was absolutely disgusting. It was way too sweet. It could be because I didn’t let it steep or simply how my mod cooked it, hard to tell with these things sometimes…
If they weren’t like four blocks away from me, I’d probably just order from their website or something. But then again, there are better prices found on other sites. But I do like having shops that cater to my hobby have a brick and mortar place by me so I can pick up some quick essentials if I’m in a bind.
I’ve been to better but it’s an okay enough place. I don’t have major complaints about them. The worst offense is the customer service but it’s not like they’re rude or impolite. Their personalities just aren’t what I’m used to in a retail kind of setting so whatever. I’d rather have that then when stores just hire eye candy cashiers that have no idea what they’re talking about. That was getting ridiculous with the Cannabis clubs near the end before I stopped going.

First, some comments: This place is pretty awesome, very helpful, and a nice little place to vape and relax. The staff are friendly, like to play and joke, helpful, sometimes preoccupied with their own little projects, but they all love to vape and will get serious if you need assistance. It could use some work, but for now it is a great place to stop by and vape for hours while waiting for an appointment, or a friend who is taking forever to meet you. They also apparently throw nerf wars or something? Ask about it, I don’t really know.
Their products: They sell all the basic vape gear, though it looks as though they are mostly geared towards Protanks in the non-​RBA department. They carry the basic ego styled batteries such as the Vision Spinner2. They also carry some unique mods, such as the Innokin coolfire mod (wouldn’t rock that at an airport, looks like a grenade!), and a few mechanical and RDA clones. It seems like they are still working on finding the best suppliers for the clones, since there have been pretty wonky clones by the trusty company that rhymes with «H-​bigar», and there have been some very well machined mods from that infamous supplier that sounds a lot like «Last neck». I understand that these companies are just suppliers/​wholesalers, rather than manufacturers, and forgive Vape the Grape for the faulty products they may or may not have carried. They also carry cotton, kanthal, batteries (sony VTC) for your mech mods and RBAs. They have lots of e-​juice by other suppliers, and made in house (I only like about 7 of them, but thats just picky me), and even munchies and energy drinks!
Service: Steve and Trevor work well together, like Tom and Jerry. They are helpful, friendly, and like to vape. Trevor is the coil man, and will help familiarize you on the ins and outs of the coil on you RDA, and for a price will redo your coils and cotton! Steve will ring you up and do other things for you (if you know what I mean. like print you a 3D plastic block with their 3D printer!) Chris the bossman is also very friendly, professional, and is always open to new ideas, suggestions, news on new mods, juices, and will hear out any information about vaping in general. You can also ask them for a custom e-​juice order, which I think needs to be ordered a day in advance.
In conclusion, I would definitely stop by, know that there may be a lot of vapor since it is geared to become a vapor «lounge», ask about the flavor favorites, don’t be rude, know that they are relatively new to the vaping world, and just ask if you need anything. You can also ask them questions about your slow pc while your in there!

Nice to see that there’s a place to snag some juices in Napa. Unfortunately, they don’t sell wine flavored juices; which was what I specifically came here for because its Napa and everyone goes to Napa for wine. (note– they do not advertise having wine flavored juices). However, they are working on it. Chris was nice and friendly. He helped me out on finding some juices. I think the house juices are a bit on the sweet side but that’s what I was looking for. Perhaps they’re more on the PG side. (I forgot to ask). Their juices were also pretty good priced. I was expecting to pay more considering it’s Napa. I’ll definitely come here again next time I’m in town.

This is hands down, the best vape shop in Napa. Their customer service is amazing and flavor selection is unbeatable. If you go to any other shop in Napa, you’re stupid. Their samplers use real atomizers not the terrible no flavor wicks. Their prices and selection just doesn’t stand up to any of these other shops that are popping up.
Every now and then I will bring my computer in there and talk with em, try some flavors. Their shop has a really home like feel, you walk in and feel like you’re a star from the movies. They have created such a fun store. I can’t wait till they get to where they want the business to be.
I highly recommend buying Joytech eVic with iClear 30s, you will never go back to using those weak pens. If these guys were not around, I would still be smoking cigarettes. I can go on forever, amazing business model.

First time here this place is a pretty coo spot. Steven is helpful knows his shit. Boss man Chris went to get me a new battery cause they didn’t have one on stock. Thug juice, dragon fruit, and cola is good. They mentioned serving beverages in the future after renovations in the back to make a lounge so that’s something to look forward to.

I can honestly say after going to many Vape spots in Northern CA, this place is utter crap.
— The stock was all cheap (albeit overpriced) Fasttech stuff.
— The employee helping us didn’t understand how to use the merchandise.
— The juice tasted like re-​branded mbv. (same flavor names and profiles as well)
— No carding going on, even when a group of very young high school kids, sporting backpacks came in to make a purchase.
— Employee «helping» us was very preoccupied with us leaving ASAP.
— No one working there knew what an rba was.
— And last but not least, there was random garbage EVERYWHERE! On the steps, on the floor. I stepped on an empty McDonald’s cup, complete with lid and straw on the way out.
The only good thing about this shop was the immense relief felt upon exit.
Never again.

I came here at the last minute when my battery stopped working. When i came in i had only wanted a battery but after a few minutes of speaking to the attendant i came away very happy with the battery that i purchased, as well as alot of info that i feel the people where i originally bought my pen had happened to leave out. Info that would have saved me quite a bit of money. i personally dont use my pen for nicotine but they had a bar set up so that you could try all their flavors and there was no one when i came in but it was set up like a lounge a little bit it was inviting. i feel like these folks went above and beyond to fullfill my vape pen needs and will be returning and reccomending this place to everyone i know. Vape it!

So I’ve been looking at getting vapes for a few months. Have heard nothing but great things about this shop. I was going to buy online, but was getting confused with what would match what, knock offs, what was best way to go etc…
I bit the bullet and overall extremely happy I did. Products cost me a little more then I would of paid online, but I left with 2 full sets, the best of the best, knowledge of how to use them and the guys were AWESOME and patient with all my questions! You pay for what you get sometimes.

Steven was very helpful in explaiNing the difference between the cores and wicks :-) enjoyed trying different flavors!

Vape the Grape has pretty much exceeded my expectations consistently since my first visit. The first electric cigarette I tried came from here, and not too long after I went to buy my very own starter kit… as well as a handful of flavors. I was able to sample any available, as well as request new ones (Try lychee!!!)… I come here at least once a week, and every time there is something new… whether it’s improving the store and renovating/​rearranging, or expanding their inventory (there is a huge selection already offered, of e-​cigs/​flavors/​accessories). I can tell they are looking to better their business in many different ways. Also to note, the customer service is exceptional as well. The staff are friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, and can help you find the perfect products that suit you.
For all of these reasons I definitely recommend their business if you are looking to take a step towards a healthier lifestyle. Eliminating cigarettes couldn’t have been any easier. Thank you!

I’m a former smoker and was considering using an e-​cigarette, so I saw this place and thought I’d check it out. I went in and there was a guy there but it took a good 5 minutes before my friend and I were even acknowledged. Once the guy (who seemed too preoccupied with something else) actually noticed we were there we were directed to the DO IT YOURSELF tasting bar. Umm what? I don’t want to seem needy but I would like some attention when I go into a store to buy something I have no idea about. Once he pointed at the batteries and prefilled tanks he promptly returned to what he had been doing. Evertime i’d ask a question I felt like I was just annoying him. CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE is apparently unheard of here. It’s safe to say I left without buying anything, and won’t be back.

THIS is the vape shop I’ve seen in Napa. I liked this place because they price match, for starters. Every business wants to charge more and make more money when they can, right? I mean, that’s basic economics. However, if you put the time in to do your homework, you can really get an excellent deal, since you don’t have to pay for shipping like you may have to from online stores that have competitive prices.
I also liked this place because they let me try the flavors at any level I wanted. It’s hard to know what flavors you’ll like before you try them, and it really sucks when you buy one and just want to throw it away.
I’ll be going back for sure.

I have a lot of old things that are messed up one way or another. My 10 year old macbooks back light broke, my phone has a white out screen. My ipod classics battery broke. And lots of other broken items! But nothing was too hard or impossible for Steve! He can «Fix anything, even a broken heart,» I HIGHLY FREAKEN recommend him. :D

I was searching on Unilocal for any vape shops/​lounges on the way to the city since I’ll be heading that way this week and found this little gem… IN NAPA? WHAAAT? I’m not very far from Napa so this really piqued my interest. I saw one really negative review and a couple really good ones, so I had to pop in and see for myself what they had.
Chris and Steven (Stephen?) greeted me the second I walked in. They were both knowledgable about the products and got me exactly what I needed at a fair price while acknowledging that their business is still fairly new. But, you’d think they’d been in the game for a while. They got me set up with a new battery, an extra kanger tank, and a bottle of one of their liquids.
PROS: Excellent customer service, very friendly, knowledgable, price matching (show them the website of a lower-​priced product and they’ll match it), legit products (brand name or otherwise brand-​name-​like quality), good stock, accepts cards, house-​made juices in varying density, tasting bar, loyalty and referral program, huge potential to be a great lounge. The best part is that they weren’t in the game to SELL and make money, but they got me exactly what I was looking for.
CONS: They are a start up business so it’s understandable that they don’t have EVERY mod or EVERY accessory that someone might be looking for. The décor is lacking, but for someone who just needed to come in and out it didn’t bother me. I mean, it was clean and they were welcoming, anyway. Hopefully it blows up into a really cool lounge later down the line.

Nice, friendly helpful staff. Let’s customer’s try eJuice’s. Made in USA VAP juice, and it’s a nice large bottle. I purchased one bottle today 8÷1÷13; lovely flavors and cheaper then buying ecig cartridges; they offer Vaporizers but not eciggs, no problem, I’ve had nothing but disappointment with ecigs. Can hardley wait to return & purchase one of their Vap devices. I like the fact, vaporizers they offer have a sight tube to see the liquid inside! This is not a ‘Head’shop, which I liked very very much. Now if Google maps,& Unilocal could get lo ation correct, They’d have many many more satisfied customers.
