We ordered a recliner from Art Van in July. Delivered in 6 weeks, damaged and broke. Redelivered a second one 4 weeks later, again broke (not working). After 4 calls to the store, 3 to Corporate they delivered a third one in November. That too was damaged and not functional. We demanded our money returned. The Sales Manager said, and I quote; «I am tired of you people». Hey… they made the delivery 3 times. Bad Karma there, they over sell the sales. That TV or notebook they are giving away as a bonus, it is built into the price of the furniture.
Poor quality, poorer service and disappointing.

Spent 7K on a mattress and couch — was pressured into «You will NEVER get this price again» — not only could I have — it was CHEAPER the next day online — so I canceled and reordered. The store manager cancels my online order — says he will price match — but orders the couch wrong! 2nd couch was damaged. What a HASSLE!
Then thought I was getting top of the line mattress so I dealt with the PUSHY — Used Car Salesman approach to mattress sales. Took FOREVER — so long to get out — they helped other people TWICE while I was trying to get out of there. Then the mattress came 2 weeks after promised. Was promised I would be called in 7 and again in 30 days to see if everything was GREAT since I paid extra so I could exchange if needed.
Mattress is like 4 feet tall — never was told this — I feel like Princess and the Pea! there is no return. Thanks for telling me!
The Mattress is Just OK — I was just as comfortable in the one we got rid of.
Will never, ever shop there again. Spending my money at Darvin or somewhere else.

Ordered a couch almost 2 months ago and they delivered my reclining sofa with a broken power box. Called and told them that was the only issue. Waited another week for a specialist to come look at it. He told me he would get a new power box and I should receive it in a week. Three weeks went by and no box yet. Called today and they told me the box was in China and I wouldn’t receive it till mid March! You can’t call and say that it’s going to take 3 months for the part to come in? That’s 4.5 months after I received my couch. I wouldn’t have spent almost $ 1,000 on a couch if I knew I wasn’t going to be able to use it for 4.5 months. Called the store and no manager was available. Horrible customer service.

Janice, one of the managers is the definition of a customer service all-​star.
My boyfriend and I had purchased a couch from this location and unfortunately long story short we had some issues, Janice was able k diffuse the situation, fix the problems at hand and ultimately, took a very unhappy customer into an appreciative and grateful customer.
Janice saved the day and for this, we will be sure to tell our friends and family and recommend the store because of her.
