Bank of America

I am a very patient and understanding person but I HATE this place! I would be happy if it burned down especially this location. I could go on and on with my experience but I will just say I was treated very poorly and lost a whole lot of money to this bank and a manager always seemed to be on vacation so nothing could be done about it. I closed my account to switch banks and then since I used the ATM they told me I had to wait to completely close it until the following Monday. Ok fine. Then it was never closed so I got overdraft fees b/​c they never closed it and my gym membership was still being taken from that account instead of my credit card and they didn’t take off the fees and the lady make some excuse about she couldn’t do it. Every time I was there I was dealing with the same lady and she knew nothing I don’t know how she worked there if she couldn’t think for herself. She tried to pawn it off on some other guy about helping me but then the second time I come back to see if the account got closed or they could remove any of my fees (manager was still on vacation for like a month) she basically is calling me a liar saying she did not talk to me the first time it was someone else. ERRRR! I hate this place. Horrible customer service. And I ended up paying like $ 250 overdraft fee for stuff that was the banks fault and I do not make alot of money so that was rough.
