Business Owner

Glenn has designed and managed more than 100 million dollars of construction projects as both architect and general contractor. As an architect and landscape architect, he brings a unique design perspective to the design and construction process. His accomplishments include the design and construction of both commercial and residential projects. His training at Chicago’s finest architecture and construction firms makes him well qualified to oversee every aspect of the design/​build process. Glenn’s experience in overseeing construction related issues with architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, owners, banks and governmental agencies has enabled him to develop a strong working relationship with all parties in the construction process. In April 2004, the Chicago Association of Subcontractors and Affiliates recognized Glenn’s abilities by awarding him the ASA’s highest honor for a construction manager, «Project Manager of the Year, 2003 – 2004.»
