Design & Promote

I was looking for a designer that could capture my brand perfectly via my site. Design and Promote did just that. Amy and Amber were incredible to work with. I was looking for a sleek, clean, professional, slightly edgy website design. Amber, the designer, was able to translate my vision better than I imagined. I have received so many compliments on the site. I am incredibly proud of it. I also appreciated the SEO support and advice. I was provided the tools and training to continue to refine my content to optimize my company’s visibility on the web. Amy, the project manager, trained me on how to make changes to my which was great so that I would not have to count on someone else to do it for me. I would definitely recommend Design & Promote.

Let me start my review by saying unfortunately I never got the chance to work with design and promote. I was looking for a company to design a new website for me. These guys had an impressive site and showed up #1 on google so figured they must be good at SEO. I had an initial consultation with an account manager and was very impressed with them as a company, their process and with the account manager and her knowledge as well. I’ve talked to quite a few web design firms and this was the one I was planning on going with.
I had a call on a Friday morning and was told I would get a quote the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. I waited a week before contacting them and was told sorry they will get a quote out right away. I must have followed up with them another 3 – 4 times and continually was told sorry we’ll get one over to you. It’s been about a month and never got the quote.
This leads me to one of two conclusions. They are either really bad at customer service or my budget of 5k-​7k wasn’t worth their time. I’ve come to learn these many of these smaller boutique firms won’t touch a build for under 20k. If thats the case thats fine but at least have the courtesy to tell me that.
I was disapointed as after my consultation I was thoroughly impressd and was planning on using this company over the dozen or so others I spoke with but unfortunately was never able to get a quote.
I know many people are bad at follow up once they have your money but if this is the customer service I get when you are trying to earn my business I can only imagine how bad it is once you have my money.

Bruce, Joe, Amy and Amber have been exhilarating to work with! These guys are the professionals!
