Quality donuts! Great taste and nice, clean area to enjoy donuts and coffee. Not as creative in flavor and presentation as some of the other independent locations but far, far better than the franchises. I’ll be back!

Very good! The owner was super sweet and friendly. I bought it for the office and they were a by pricey but everyone loved them! I was a bit skeptical when I arrived it was empty but as I was pulling out of the parking lot a few cars pulled in.

There are no warm Donuts in this store. The reason is because there is not even a bakery here. An employee who opens the store picks them up from who knows where and brings them in. What a concept, a very disappointing one. By 10 a.m. especially on Saturday and Sundays I have walked in and only a few of one or two left of their lacking varieties. Apparently they close when they sell out.(And I don’t mean this in a trendy Chicago, wait in a line that wraps around a city block for fryer fresh doughgasms, such as the Doughnut Vault, kind of way.) I mean apparently, they misjudge their supply and demand. Not much thought, furniture or detail has been put into decorating this strip mall storefront. Austere without character a few tables and to soda refrigerators. They do have a drive-thru window which is the only reason I give It 2 Stars. Theoretically convenient if you want coffee and a marginal donut on the fly –if they have any left. Naperville lacks in donut shops and I wouldn’t even put this one on that list.

I was told to come here by a friend for the best donuts ever. I had high expectations but tried to keep an open mind. We decided to grab some donuts for a pre-valentines day snack and then head over to starbucks for a few drinks. Donuts are $.99 each, a little pricey but figured it would be worth it for good donuts. We ordered 4: 2 cake with sprinkles, a sugar twist long john and a maple long john. They were out of the maple long john so they gave us a circle/donut shaped one. The sugar twist donut was pretty small and nothing special. The maple donut was great, I am not sure if it was the frosting or the donut but I enjoyed it. The 2 sprinkle cake donuts were pretty good as well. Overall the donuts were tasty but not the best I have ever had. The staff was kind of friendly but nothing special. They were on the phone when they brought my change back to the window. They are better than DD but not worth driving way out of your way for these. I did like that they had a drive thru. This is probably a 3.5 star rating, we will be back but only if we are in the area.

I really do love the donuts here at Dimples-best in Naperville. The employees are not overly friendly nor is the atmosphere all that great but the donuts are outstanding!

Amazing! My employees love when I surprise them with this place. My kids and wife know this is the top treat. The apple bear claw is huge and fresh. The old fashion is exactly what a donut should be. Everything here is made perfectly and even the coffee is good.

The place is great, my only issue is the«cinnamon roll». I asked for a cinnamon roll and got a honey bun with powdered cinnamon. Not a cinnamon roll. Maybe I’ll go back and try something else and my expectations will be met.

Best donuts in the southwestern burbs by far. Just get there early cuz this is only a satellite store so when they run out, they run out. It’s also expensive, but thats relative to dunkin donuts who but a cheap tag on crap. Very good donuts.

Usually get donuts but today tried the breakfast sandwich and it was yummy. English muffin with egg, cheese and bacon(and it was a nice amount of bacon). Would definitely get again!

Best donuts in the area, hands down. I come here often in the mornings, and I’ve never dealt with a wait more than 1 person. They have a great variety, and I usually order the daily specials with my dozens. My coffee drinking friends think the coffee is a bit too sweetened for their liking, but I wouldn’t know. Every kind of donut I’ve tried has been caky, and delicious. They even have a drive through! Very friendly staff as well

I only gave it four stars, because I actually didn’t get to try the doughnuts(I gave them to a friend), but the selection was great and the staff was super friendly and nice. They even gave me a free doughnut!

Best donuts anywhere around by far! These are not the greasy mass produced over-sugared lumps but instead are created with care by local families. You won’t find the über-trendy marshmallow-bacon-banana stuff here. What you will find are solid cake and raised donuts made with high quality ingredients. I am particularly fond of their Boston crème donut, which has a nice creamy and rich custard but does not have that overly-artificial taste that so many chain stores exhibit. My 12-yr old son favors the apple bear-claw which has a fluffy raised donut base and a very fresh apple filling that he describes as «not squishy.» The proprietors are so kind and always have a smile on their faces. Let’s keep these local gems around!

What an adorable little shop. I have to say, I loved my experience here. The doughnuts were so delicious and they are priced correctly. I felt I got a great bang for my buck. I also want to compliment the staff and the cleanliness of their shop. The bathroom was very well maintained — which is a bonus when you have younger children! I enjoyed this place and hope to visit again soon!

This place is such a fail don’t waste your time coming here they will be closed. The last 3 times I came here during store hours they were closed. I’m surprised they’re still in business.

Just stopped by this donut shop while I was traveling. The place was neat and clean. The coffee and donuts were fresh and many choices of donuts to select. Overall was not bad to start the day with a cup of coffee and a donut.

Love this donut shop! They have great donuts, quick service, and a drive thru option, what’s not too like? I especially like their devil’s food cake chocolate glazed donut! Yes, it’s a little more pricey than Dunkin Donuts, but you just can’t compare the two. A dozen donuts is generally about $ 10.

Been here a couple times for doughnuts and coffee. They’re really not any better than Dunkin Donuts or the doughnuts you would get at a store bakery like Jewel or Walmart, but your first impression is that they would be because of their prices. A dozen of the«non specialty» doughnuts are $ 9.99. Just doughnuts… no coffee or anything to drink The doughnuts aren’t BAD by any means, but the cost is more than I want to spend on a continental breakfast item. Pay close attention to the«speciality» Vs. «non speciality» doughtnuts when ordering, unless money is no object to you.
