I needed a couple of accessories, and wasn’t terribly impressed, although really, this isn’t an accessory shop. I’m sure if I were a real spandex-​wearing bicyclist who needed a bike worthy of wearing spandex, I would see this place in another light. But I just needed a tail light and an adapter for bike pumps to inflate my tires. The tail light they sell is $ 30… which is way out of my price range for a cheap piece of plastic with some LEDs and a battery in it. And they couldn’t find any adapters, although the guys working here were very helpful and tried their best to find something for me.
So, I guess I’m a little disappointed that I have to go to a big box store to get my bike accessory needs taken care of, but I guess that’s just life in the 21^st century.

I would desperately avoid using this place to ship a bike. I asked them to ship mine, I was moving so I didn’t say i specifically needed the bike to be shipped next day, but it took over two weeks for them to ship it, claiming they (1) couldn’t find a bike box, and (2) that they were really just super busy and two weeks worth of people needed work done before they could attend to my bike. That’s a lie, there is no way they had two solid weeks of work where they couldn’t spend the 20 minutes to pack my bike and ship it. Once it did ship, they lied to me again. When I called after two weeks, the jamoke who works there told me they shipped it ‘two days ago’, but UPS did not receive the bike until SEVEN DAYS after ‘they shipped it’. Really? Horrible horrible service. Every time they talked to me on the phone they had an attitude and acted mad that I used a service they provided, and were mad I was asking where my bike was. The people who worked there were NEVER friendly. They gave me a small discount on the price of it because they knew they were wrong, but having the bike not ship for more than two weeks is ridiculous.

I purchased my Cervelo P2 this past September at Endure It Willowbrook. Eric and David have been incredibly helpful as this was my first bike purchase. They have provided consistent and thoughtful service including tune-​ups, refits, and additional bike gear I need for my upcoming Ironman race in Madison. I wouldn’t hesitate to send friends and family here for their next bike purchase.
