If this is the location right by the Subaru dealer and the Aldi I don’t believe they are permanently closed at all. Either way I was just in on Labor Day where they were the only ship center open and I waited 25 minutes with only two people in front of me to ship something. Apparently the phone was ringing off the hook and the gentleman working there would pick up the phone every time it rang. It was just idiots calling to find out if they were indeed open. Meanwhile the customers that they actually had in the store suffered greatly. I finally left because I had my dog in the car and it was a hot day. Waited 25 minutes for nothing. They only had one person working! Take care of your customers that you have in the store before you lose them like you did me. The other option is to actually have more than one person working. You could tell everybody was frustrated. Leave the damn phone ring. Those people will call back if they are interested enough in coming in. That showed great disrespect to the customers that were obviously waiting long enough!

I love that this location is 24⁄7. Never know when I need to send a last minute package for personal or business needs. The staff has always been friendly when I’ve been here. I like the new location and the layout of it.

When you can take an experience as simple as dropping off some packages that are already properly: boxed, labeled, paid for, sealed, etc. and turn it into something that prompts me to write a Unilocal review, you belong in the horrendous customer service hall of fame. I’m sorry that asking for a receipt for valuable items being shipped is such a bother. Next time I’ll be sure not to ask for such an intrusive favor… actually next time I’ll just send the crap UPS.
