Forever Yogurt

Staff had friends in there with nothing else to do but harass patrons. When I tried to complain about be harassed, the girl behind the counter said it was her brother and his friends. She went on to defend them, and antagonize me!!! When I ask for manager, she refused, stating that she was the «acting manager».
The entire encounter so highly unprofessional, that I honestly don’t even know how you keep your doors open!!! It’s good to see that you’re using your stab wish meant as a daycare facility for her and her family, what people want to come and actually buy anything, are being harassed and ridiculed for saying anything about it.
To add insult to injury, your employee really seem to be enjoying mocking my hearing loss and disability. Thanks for the experience! I left without buying anything, and I will never ever come back! Don’t waste your money here.

I love frozen yogurt, this place I have three stars mostly because I went around 6pm and we were the only ones In there and their cut fruit and toppings just looked old, and they needed to freshen everything up a bit, I wanted sine strawberries but I wasn’t going to get any because they looked all dried out like they been sitting there for 3 days all that aside they have a lot of options and the place is pretty big, the couches look like they picked them up off the side of the street which makes the place look kinda trashy but other than that it’s not too bad, I probably won’t be back, because there’s lots of frozen yogurt places around so some of the nicer ones will get my business

I’m currently at this location with a group of 4: when asked to sample some flavors– the gal at the register just pointed to the sample cup bowl & continued to play on her cell phone.
Poor service! One in my party sampled 4 different flavors and all tasted spoiled to her. I even tried the strawberry and it didn’t taste right at all. When we asked the gal by the register how often they clean their machines– she couldn’t answer the question which is pretty bad not knowing. The workers need to better educate themselves in their place of employment or the owners need to educate them and train them better.
The gal didn’t even go check on the machines to see if anything was wrong– she just stood at the register on her phone. Even if she is the only one in store working– there should always be at least two workers closing in case something happens.
Also– There is a decent amount of people in the store and she didn’t even bother refilling toppings. Unfortunately not a great visit.

The moment I entered I had a nasty slip as the floor was super wet without any signs anywhere

They have tart! I thought it was mandatory for a froyo place to serve tart froyo, but I found out otherwise at Lulu’s where the closet thing was vanilla flavor. The Euro Tart here was tart, but maybe too tart? I dunno, something was a little off with it. The other other flavors I was interested in was Italian Pistachio, which was pretty good. The Mom’s cake batter was all right.
Their topping selection was great! They had my favorites: cheesecake, mocha rice cakes, boba, and chocolate chips. At $ 0.54/oz, it’s pricier than some of the other froyo places in the area at $ 0.49/ouce. Maybe the higher price is due to being right downtown Naperville.
This place is bigger than it looks on the outside. In addition to the seating at the front area, there’s a huge back area with additional tables and couches.
Parking was not easy on a weekend. The parking in the strip mall and the 3 parking garage deck were full. I managed to find a spot as someone pulled out of street parking behind the parking garage.

I think it will be hard for me to ever give a self-​service yogurt place a bad rating. Yes, maybe if I see a cockroach I would knock down a few stars but… no roaches here yet!!!
This place is huge — lots of different flavors to choose from and a topping bar that is comparable to other stellar yogurt places in the area. I love all the seating — this place has chairs and tables in the front as well as some loungey couches in the back. It’s huge! If you go out the back door, you are right next to a park where there’s a beautiful fountain and only a few junkies.
Love this place!

We love forever yogurt! Their flavors are awesome, they always have a ton of topping options and their store is a great hangout area with a lounge atmosphere in the back!!!
Just be carful not to fill up your cup all the way, they are huge cups and it will cost a fortune if you fill it up!!!
Oh if you check in on Unilocal you get a 10% discount. Woohoo!!!

Frozen yogurt was wonderful and the toppings selection was plentiful. Service was friendly and professional. Ambience was very nice — clean and comfortable with couches to relax on. We did get swarmed by a large group of kids but, hey, it’s a frozen yogurt shop.

I tasted almost all the choices they had available and didn’t like any of them except the birthday cake which I normally don’t really like. Loved the vanilla cookie dough topping though so between that and the peanut butter sauce it was super yummy! Don’t really like what a free for all the tasting is, seemed like a lot of kids or young adults in there just taking lots of samples and leaving, seemed pretty unsanitary… They might want to rethink that strategy.

I went there today for the first time. It certainly looked promising, but I was disappointed. The place is huge and can accommodate many. NOT factoring in the garages, parking is nightmarish in the lot immediately adjacent to this business. Gosh only knows what the rent must be on a space like that in downtown Naperville.
So, I chose the Tahitian vanilla/​Dutch chocolate twist and doled myself out a modest amount. The yogurt was not as frozen as it should have been and began to significantly melt as soon as it hit the bottom of my big ass cup. The flavor was vapid and I sensed very little contrast between the chocolate and vanilla species.
The toppings area is OK and the selection is ample. It’s EXPENSIVE and it’s easy to think that just because you’ve not gone overboard with the yogurt or toppings, that you won’t get hit too hard at the cash register. Wrong! A family of four, even taking it easy, could spend $ 25.00.
However, I had to call over someone so that I might weigh and pay for it. This older man sort of begrudgingly came over and took care of me. He was friendly enough, but I got the sense that the place is routinely understaffed. The place was moderately busy, as all the Naperbrats were out and about on this fine summer day. To run this business well, you need a dedicated person attending to the machines and toppings. There should be another to stay at the register and to make sure that the tables and floors get cleaned, regularly.
I would not go out of my way to go back. I would not recommend the place, either. I sense that this business will not be around, in that location, for too long.

Tasty Froyo, easy servings, and a very cool place to hang.
I went for more in my mix, but the café mocha and birthday cake are fantastic. The toppings were all easy to get to, and the couches in back were a great place to enjoy some froyo.
I’ll definitely be back, but if it weren’t for the Naperthrille parking I’d probably be a twice-​weekly customer until my beltline didn’t allow it. If you are nearby and have a moment to chill and enjoy some froyo in a fun place, stop in!

I absolutely love this frozen yogurt! It is the only yogurt place I will go to. It has fewer selections than the first Forever Yogurt I went to, but that’s ok– this location still has all my favorite yogurts! They have better yogurt than Red Mago by far!

Forever Yogurt is the most convenient local yogurt option for me; I can literally wak there.
It’s fun that they have a nice little lounge area and the place is very cute, bright and colorful. They also have a nice array of flavors and the yogurt is tasty, although I still think the flavors at Yogurtland taste more «authentic.» (That said, Forever Yogurt’s peanut butter is absolutely my favorite.)
One annoying thing is that this place is constantly infested with teens and tweens, but that might not bother you unless you are a prematurely cranky old lady like me.

This is my favorite froyo place! The parking BITES the big one, and it’s always full of parentless Tweens. –I find myself wishing for tranquilizer guns and a very big net. That said, it’s very clean and very large. I love the option of chairs or sofa seating. I love the chalk board wall. It’s airy and modern. And again… Clean.
Beyond the aesthetics, the froyo choices are great as well as the toppings. Plus, you can often find deals on groupon.

This is one of my favorite places to go for frozen yogurt. They always have tons of flavors and the toppings bar is clean and tidy.
It’s hard to pick my favorite flavors but I would have to say Salted Caramel Popcorn and Reese’s Peanut Butter. It’s pretty much always a tie between these two when I go. They taste way too good to be healthy-​ish.
They just started a rewards program so that will help you earn some freebies. The store itself is also huge so there’s lots of room to sit and enjoy your treat.

This place is really good. They have tons of different flavors. A lot more than other fro yo places. There are plenty of toppings to choose from. You pay per ounce just like everywhere else. If your looking for a place with good fro yo and numerous types to choose from this is the place to go.

I was so impressed by my other Forever Yogurt experience in the city the other day that I had to try another location just to confirm my claims. I still think that Forever Yogurt is really what all froyo joints should be like: Amazing creamy yogurt, icy clean flavored sorbets, local ties, spacious interior, clean setting, tons of toppings, great flavor choices, not too sweet, and great service. If you love Yogurtland, you will definitely love Forever Yogurt as well!

It was Saturday night… a very nice evening a few weeks ago. We had a pretty big dinner and decided to spend some time along the Naperville River Walk. Time goes by and we were thinking… Ice Cream!
I recall seeing a Forever Yogurt in the area so we headed that way, only it was almost 10pm. I figured… if we walk fast maybe they’ll still be open. A friend of mine said… this area stays busy, I’ll bet they’re open late. We walk up to the place and SCORE! Open till MIDNIGHT!!! How fabulous is that!!!
We walk in and I was in HEAVEN… Reminded me of a place (no idea what the name was) in Phoenix while on vacation a few years ago. Cold Stone had a long line and I pouted till we found a place just like this. They have a number of flavors for you to fill your cup with (also gluten free, sugar free, etc.) then the toppings… oh, the toppings!!! Everything under the sun is out there for you to throw on top of all this!
I was smart… minimal yogurt so I could throw on the toppings so I got me a pretty nice sundae thing for a little over 5 bucks. Of course at 10pm on a Saturday night it wasn’t crowded but the place is really nice… there are couches, and a HUGE chalk board, even I had fun with that at my age. The staff was pretty good at monitoring the board for inappropriate pictures *wink*
YES, I’m so going back here!!! I love me some Forever Yogurt!

Tried Forever Yogurt for the first time last weekend and was not very impressed.
I had the plain tart yogurt, the pomegranate-​berry tart yogurt, and the strawberry sweet yogurt.
The yogurt itself had a bit of a grittiness to it. When it melted, it was not creamy — it was watery. It also seemed to be strangely aerated, especially the strawberry, which was almost like a whipped yogurt. It also had an aftertaste because it was no sugar added. I don’t know if that means it had artificial sugar, or they didn’t add further sweetener.
One of my favorite toppings on yogurt is kiwi. The kiwi looked beautiful. I got a huge scoop of it and when I finally sat down to eat it, the kiwi was under-​ripe, sour and as hard as a rock. Needless to say, all of that kiwi ended up in the garbage.
Also, I saw them refilling the blueberries when I was there. They dump them out straight from the package. Personally, I think all of the fruit should be washed before putting it out. There are fruit washes available at every grocery store (which I use at home) — so there should also be a commercially available fruit wash. How many news stories have there been in recent years about bacteria in fruit causing food-​borne illness? I think it is worth the extra effort to wash the fruit on the line.
In my opinion, the best frozen yogurt is still Red Mango.
