Communication. Returning phone calls and emails are the most important things I can do to earn my clients trust. The biggest complaint I hear from people about realtors is that they don’t listen to them, and they don’t return their phone calls or emails. My business has been built on referrals and client retention. If you have ever bought a home before, who was your realtor or when was the last time you heard from them? My clients don’t have that problem because I keep in touch with them over the months and years because I want them to know that, at any time if they have a real estate question they can call me and know they will get their answer. Communication with a good realtor does not stop at the closing table, it goes on for a lifetime.

I grew up in Westmont and attended Downers Grove South High School where I graduated in 1985. I attended Southern Illinois University where I received a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Economics, graduating in 1991. I moved to Naperville in 1993 and have been married for 20 years and I also have 5 beautiful daughters.
