Better shop around before doing business here.
They begin by gauging your level of desperation by asking what you think it’s worth.
Then they lowball you and if you understandibly scoff from there place a call to «a boss» who suddenly approves an increase in the value, whereas I ask why I was not offered this price in the first place. From there they begin the hard close by telling you what a great deal you are getting.
I went elsewhere and got substantially more for my item. IMO there are shysters looking to make a quick buck off the ignorance and desperation of the seller.

I went in last week but didn’t get to post until now. I don’t remember the name of the young lady who helped me out – may have been Shannon. I can say that she was very knowledgeable and had great advice as we went over what I brought in. If you need to sell gold or things of that nature this was a very positive experience.
