They’ve definitely gotten better so I’d recommend you go there now. I like their noodles and chicken lollipops but have been happy with everything I’ve gotten there so far.

Very poor food and service. .go there only at your own risk. Ordered a vegetable jaipuri — which turned out to be a Poor tasting dish with cabbage (???), carrot and corn. On raising the complaint the staff was unapologetic and nonchalant. If there was an option for 0 star review, I would have happily rated it as such !!

Second visit here in a single month. The Ceylon paratha with mixed veggie korma in coconut curry from first month pushed me to give it a second visit.
The four stars from previous visit is pushing me to give two stars this time else just one.
It’s 1 pm, the prime lunch time. The tables are unwiped, open cans for used dishes overflowing, vinegar bottle on table are sealed, news journals and magazines lying on floor.
I finished my average tasting rava masala dosa forcefully. And the last bite introduces a tiny hair in the sambhar.
Disappointed by the below average quality of our other items — egg puff, papdi chat and chicken lollipop too.
First impression was a wrong impression.

I used to like the food here. These days their biryani seems to have a different after effect as if they added msg.

Order anything in meat and it comes swimming in OIL! Appetizers are cold making me think it’s all been frozen for weeks. I also had pepper fry goat which was full of only bones and undercooked meat.
UNHEALTHY, TASTELESS AND A RIP OFF

Just hard to imagine some body trying to sell Vada, Dosa without Coconut Chutney The guy who took the order probably didn’t even give a thought about how any other combination would not be any good and didn’t tell us that they ran out of coconut chutney. Good part is they agreed to cancel the order, yet to get the refund though — blame it on the system Suggestion to the owners — if you really care please have people trained on the authentic combinations on native dishes or atleast tell the customers that you ran out of it.

Super slow service. Be prepared to wait for at least 20min for a simple dish as Masala dosa even if half of the restaurant is empty.
This has happened twice that I have been to this restaurant, it seems that they have only one person working in the kitchen even on weekends.

Simple fresh good food
I would have given them 3 stars but decided to give 4 instead keeping in mind what market segment they cater to i. e indian fresh fast economical food to the people of Naperville & Aurora. There aren’t many true south indian fast food places around here so this one stands out for us.
Just had a place of awesome hot vada sambar, plain dosa and uttapam with piping hot sambar and that too at 10:30 am !!! Where else would you get that around here
My suggestions to them are — keep working on cleanliness and provide internet access if you can. U guys give good food!!!

Chicken Tikka massala was wonderful. Butter Naan was equally outstanding. All for $ 10, which is pretty reasonable. Other reviewers have complained about wait times. I waited about ten minutes but there was only one other order ahead of me during a weekday lunch. I will certainly be back.

Ordered two veg entrees and paid. 10 minutes later they told me they were out. Ordered two more things. After I waited 30+ minutes waiting for my food I noticed how dirty and unkept the place is. Asked for a refund and left. They never refunded me after checking my card bill.

Not a place I recommend ordered a chaat took 40 mins and later when I went and asked for my order they completely forgot the order I placed. Worst possible experience to have… I can’t give minus rating here so had to select one… sucks…

Food is excellent. Which is why they get two stars.
They really need to learn a faster process at this location… something is not right. Me and this other kid waited there for 40 min for a takeout order. My order was very simple-​one small chicken curry & 1 small chicken kabob. We must have watched 4 – 5 families come in and order long after us and get their food (which were all high orders) eat it, and leave before my food was up.
I still just don’t understand that.

The first time I ordered the lamb biriyani here it was amazing! That was on a Tuesday about 6:30pm. On Friday at 6:30pm I ordered the same dish. It was disgusting and I am proud of my digestive system for being able to handle it. The meat was hard and chewy and black!!! It was old … And quite frankly I believe it was the same lamb biriyani they had made that Tuesday. In hind sight I realized that most of the customers here are vegetarian and meat is probably not one of the most popular dishes and therefore not replenished in a steadfast fashion. No more Hot Bread for me — I will leave it for the vegans of the world. Stick to what you know best and don’t waste your time on meat dishes if you are not going to out forth an honest effort. Cheat and you will lose.

Good and taste wise I would rate it 7.5÷10
Now speaking about customer service wise… I wish we could give –100, I know I’m being too harsh! But for customer service I would give them ¹⁄₁₀.
FYI — just be prepared to spend good amount of time to get your food! More like 30mins plus.

Very bad service with too much waiting time. Taste of the food is not even good. Taste of the food here don’t deserve too much wait time. I will never prefer to go this place.

VEGETARIANS PLEASE BEWARE
If you are ordering togo, please spend the extra 2 mins to check the surprise you have in the bag. I ordered a Paneer tikka masala but they gave me Chicken tikka masala. When I called them, the chef was acting ignorant.
I told him that I would never ever go to any of his 3 restaurants in Chicago area.

Bad food. Long wait times. Staff seems to dazed with limited idea of what’s going on.
Not sure why this place is still open.

Dosa takes 30 mins min and takes several reminders

This place has completely changed! Inviting décor, no more open kitchen, no more smelly interiors and great food!
Seems like there has been a management change or something– they just shut down one fine day, no warnings or no communication– at least that’s what most people I talked to, said. Then they reopened one fine day and viola, what a change in the appearance.
The food remains good even now. The veg biryani is wife’s fav! My kid likes the set dosas and chole bhature. We have tried their pastries and they are really good. I really liked the paneer chilly I had yesterday.
On the flip side, the front desk can be managed so much better. The guy is doing a good job, but needs to build a connection with the customers so they ll wanna come back and feel they are getting personalized service. Friday evening was a mess. Too crowded and long wait times for the orders. Also the veggie puffs were really a disappointment.
But overall, some really good items in the menu. Will keep on trying the rest of the veg menu.

This place looks closed as of March 14, 2015. Good riddance. It was filthy the one and only time I stopped in. I think hard about one star reviews but yeah this place deserves it.
