Specialties

Maplebrook Computer Services Inc. delivers the fastest response times, exceptional customer service, unsurpassable workmanship and the best overall customer experience by delivering all the solutions you need and making sure they work the way you want.

History

Established in 2002.

Maplebrook Computer Services was founded in Mid-2002 in the Maplebrook Shopping Mall on Bailey between Naper and Washington at Couch St. It started out as a little side business to get me out of the house during the day and quickly turned into a full time business.

In 2006 we moved to space in the Country Square Shopping Plaza on East Ogden Ave. and continued to grow our business. We now have over 500 regular customer base and new customers coming in every day. Regardless of the raving of one loonie toons, we pride ourselves on Good Customer Service at a fair cost. Above all, I am a Honest person and stand by my word, ask any of my customers, except of course Tim H. Unfortunately Mr. H is one of those people that doesn’t see when someone is tring to do him a favor. I believe yelp does a disservice to the public by allowing this dead-beat to re post the same half-truths and out and out lies over and over! Want too know the true story, stop by my shop and I’ll tell you the truth.

Meet the Business Owner

Larry S.

Business Owner

At age 54 the corporation I was employed by out-sourced our jobs to Canada leaving most of us to young to retire and too old to be re-employed in the profession we had spent most of the last 30+ years doing. Needless to say, I needed to be re-trained at something that would help me pay our bills as well as provide food and shelter. Believe me it’s not easy to change horses in the middle of a stream!

For the previous few years I had taken a strong interest in the field of computers and kind of made that me hobby. The big question I kept asking myself was; can I build on my computer knowledge and actually make a living for my family, after all, in 2002 it sure looked like computers were becoming the new thing that everybody wanted!

So I enrolled in a computer course that we could afford and started re-training for my new career as a Computer Tech /#Geek, although I never thought of myself as the latter. After six months of doing home and business service calls I opened my shop.
