Mark Steinbrecher – State Farm Insurance Agent

Very disappointed with my insurance. I received a letter last night notifying me my homeowners policy is not going to be renewed. My husband and i had to file a claim due to a 65 ft tree falling and causing damage to my house and my neighbors. State farm did pay and we did get all the repairs done, BUT… being a customer for 25 yrs, paying for insurance on time means squat! ! They are dropping us. I’ve paid more into the insurance then they probably had to pay out in the claim but i didn’t hear them complain when they were taking the money from my account. It’s very sad to know that when you do need the insurance that you so diligently pay for that they will cut ties at the first opportunity. Beware people when I say. …like a good neighbor State Farm is NOT there!

The audacity of this man! I was in an accident in a parking lot with a State Farm customer (I do not have State Farm, nor will I ever) and State Farm refused to pay any of the damage to my vehicle because it was on private property. Then this man has the audacity to send me a letter THANKING ME FOR MY BUSINESS. THIS COMPANY TOTALLY SCREWED ME OVER AND OUT OF $ 2,200 IN DAMAGES TO MY CAR AND HE SENDS ME A LETTER THANKING ME? I can’t believe it. I didn’t think I could hate State Farm insurance even more and then this happens. What a joke of an insurance agent and insurance company. I wish I could give this guy 0 stars.
