Pilates, Cycle and Combination Classes
Pilates Equipment classes have up to 6 participants using the Reformer, Wunda Chair and various props to challenge you and strengthen and lengthen your muscles.
Cycle classes have up to 14 participants and are high energy cardio.
Cycle + Core and Cycle + Yoga classes offer the best of both worlds. 30 minutes of high intensity cardio and 30 minutes of strength and flexibility.
History
Established in 2010.
Maura and Karen started taking Pilates classes together many years ago and fell in love with the exercise. Both are certified through the PhysicalMind Institute and Pilates Method Alliance.

Business Owner
Karen and Maura started as friends looking for something to do once all their kids went off to school. They started taking Pilates classes as a weekly lunch date, got hooked, and signed up for Pilates teacher training. They have been teaching for over 8 years and started mklab in January 2008.
