I had a great experience here, from start to finish. The guys who started me off were very nice, did an amazing job vacuuming my car, and even did the trunk without me asking, although the sign says it’s only done upon request. The interior of the store is clean and has a comfortable couch and big tv to watch while your car is being cleaned and they did a great job drying and finishing off my car with tire shine and I was in and out with the «ultimate» wash in less than 30 minutes… and my car really needed extra attention, as I had not had it washed in quite a while. I will DEFINITELY be back!

The team always does a great job when we bring our cars in for a wash. They are always hustling to make the customer happy. Yesterday I brought my car in to be detailed and was amazed at the end result. It looks like new. They went above and beyond with their work.

Workers are awesome ! And my car looked great! Not to mention it was so fast! All the washes were fair prices. I would definitely come here again.

Don’t waste your money!!!
This place is a couple blocks from my house so I have tried it a few times, and today was the last time I will go here. I have always paid for the ultimate wash which is about $ 30.00 and each time the inside looked barely touched with a rag. I asked if he could go over it again and he said it was just to dirty and there was nothing more he could do. I asked if there was an upgrade to get the inside cleaner he said no.
Today I paid for an ultimate and a 29.00 interior upgrade. Total 53.00. The inside again looked like a quick wipe with the rag. This time Told the manager and he said he forgot I upgraded and give him 10 minutes to work on it. Once I got in the truck everything was covered in armor all. A pool of it was on my dash board and my keys were covered in it.
I will never go back and will drive the few extra miles to Domarks in Bolingbrook.

Two weeks ago, I stopped in here to get my old 2002 Ford Escort the cheap $ 5 wash because I had some white paint (or maybe even bird poop, who knows) on the top of my car. If you could see my car, you’d know it isn’t even worth a $ 5 once over but my OCD wouldn’t allow me to leave this white crap on my vehicle. So I did that and got an air freshener — should’ve been no more than $ 7. I had already waited there for 25 minutes (strange since no one else was there before me), so I just wanted to get out of dodge. I paid with my card and left, I was never offered a receipt or anything.
Fast forward to now — I noticed I had a $ 15.55 charge on my account. I had surgery recently and haven’t been able to come out this way for my refund until today and I was met by a very skeptical employee who was unwilling to give me the benefit of the doubt. Because, you know, the customer is definitely NOT always right. At first he didn’t want to give me my money back at all, then I told him ‘that’s cool, I’ll just leave you guys a glowing review on Unilocal and Google about this experience’. Then he changed his tune and was willing to meet me halfway and give me half of the difference back. I said that wasn’t good enough and I knew, having worked in customer service for over 15 years, that he was handling this situation poorly. Then he says he will give me the difference back if I give them a good review on Unilocal right then and there. I haphazardly agreed, but after a few minutes he decided to just give me my money back and said to not worry about the review. I told him I’d do it anyways when I got home, so here it is… now I’m meeting him halfway with two stars, which is one more than I wanted to give this dump. Oh and the car wash sucked too. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I go to this car wash all the time and they always make my car good as new. The employees are always nice and seem like they care about each customer. This wash is sometimes out of my way but I always make the trip. I would definitely recommend it to any one needing a good wash!

The worst car wash in the area… you have to wait for the greeter to come out from the building, and then you are nickel and dimed to death. The special isn’t so special. Car was still dirty afterwards, never again.

Hands down the worst car wash I have ever been too. My first time there so I decided to get the $ 28.95 ultimate package. Would have been better of going to the $ 3 car wash. The window s were dirty, the bugs were still on the grill, dust covering both the front and back seats. Waste of money

This place is right by my house and I always thought it looked nice so I decided to stop in and get a car wash. I just did the basic $ 5 car wash that is just running through the wash and dried by the car wash– no hand towels. When I left the car wash my car looked horrible. There was soap that was still on my car that dried all over it. And there was still salt on my back bumper from the winter… Hence the reason I got my car WASHED! So I went back to the car wash and pointed all of this out and the car wash attendant explained that since we did not get the car wash that got the towel dry it was not going to look as nice. Understandable, I expected to leave with a partially wet car, but there should NOT be soap running all over my car that dries and looks worse than what I brought in. If I had brought my car to a gas station car wash it would have looked better… And that’s still without a dry down. He told me that next time I should get the towel dry and it will look better. There definitely will not be a next time.

When to get tires a nearby tire shop decide to go over and take my car and clean it afterwards went to this place as the location is right there right off the road the price was fantastic the carwash was great with many different options I could choose to go over and clean my car both inside and out and I will be going back to this location again would suggest it to anybody who wants to get the car done quickly and a reasonable cost

I was in the area and decided to stop in for a quick wash noticing the big $ 5 express wash sign and grand opening. The greeter was very friendly and they were very busy. I ended getting the manager’s special which included the works inside and out. Vacuum, windows, undercarriage, wheels cleaned, tire shine… They even cleaned my rubber mats which were filthy of salt and dirt. The store room is big and they had a nice selection of funny greeting card and air fresheners. The wash looks like a house. Very unique. I wish this place was closer to home. I picked up their menu and will be back to schedule a detail in the spring.
