Welcome to Naperville Chimney Sweeps. We are courteous & experienced sweeps. Fireplace chimneys should be inspected or cleaned on a regular basis, depending on how much wood is burned. Your chimney may or may not need cleaning, but we should at least inspect the system for safety’s sake. If our inspection reveals the need for cleaning, we’ll be happy to take care of it at that time. If not, we’ll tell you that too. But either way, we’ll both know that your chimney is safe and ready for the next burning season. Please call us to schedule an appointment.

Jim and his crew of off-​duty Naperville firefighters came highly recommended, and now I see why. We used them to clean two chimneys in our recently renovated downtown Wheaton home. They were a pleasure to work with; very fair prices, and a friendly and professional group. They even discovered that one of the chimneys was quite clean and didn’t need service. As part of their visit they also updated us with some important fire safety tips specific to our home. I will definitely use them again.

Being the first time we used the gas fireplace in our home we wanted an inspection. I contacted them via their website and received a quick response. We were able to schedule an inspection two weeks later. They arrived on time and were great! They explained everything well. I will definitely use them again.

After doing some local research on chimney cleaning and inspection services I decided on giving them a call. They seemed to have excellent customer service.
I called them and had an appointment within a couple of weeks. I was given a price up front for the cleaning and inspection.
They arrived on time (early) and we’re extremely professional and honest. My chimney did not need to be cleaned and he let me know that and didn’t over charge me. They definitely have my recommendation to anyone and they have a customer for life!

As part of the sale of our home, the buyers requested that the chimney be cleaned. We had Naperville Chimney Sweeps (Chris, Drew, and Wayne) come out to do the work. They were very nice, efficient, and informative. Their price was reasonable. I even learned a little bit about the buildup. I would use them again.

Jim and his crew are impressive. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable! We moved into a new home, turns out the chimney didn’t even need to be cleaned! They let me know and spent 45 minutes with me explaining how to use the fireplace, took measurements for a new grate, provided recommendations of where to purchase, and did a walk through to check for smoke detectors and carbon monoxide. Don’t go anywhere else, call them!

I was extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of these off-​duty firefighters. They were polite and took the time to explain answers to all of my questions. Minor repairs were included in the cleaning cost, and they didn’t try to up-​sell me on any other products or services. I look forward to using them again for future inspections and cleanings.

We had just moved into our house and badly needed to get the chimney cleaned. On the phone, they were very friendly and helpful. When they arrived the day of the cleaning, they went above and beyond walking the house with us and talking about the fire alarms. They did an excellent job of cleaning out the chimney and inspecting it – performing some minor repairs immediately and recommending mason work (identical to what our inspection had indicated). These former firefighters show they love what they do.
