Absolutely beautiful floral arrangements! It is very important to the owner that you are very satisfied and she will go out of her way to make sure you are happy. If you are looking for quality and artistry in your floral arrangements, this is the place for you.

I was a little nervous about ordering online since I’ve had experiences at other places where the delivered arrangement didn’t look nearly as good as what’s pictured online.
However, Naperville Florist delivered a beautiful arrangement that looked better than the online picture. Flowers looked fresh and recipient was very happy.

I have a good friend who lives in Naperville, but I live quite a distance away. When I looked up on the Internet florists in Naperville… the first one that came up was Naperville Florist. It seemed too easy, but I put in an order… hoping for the best. I got the best and much more. The arrangement was beautiful, clearly done by someone with artistic talent and who loved their work. Since that first order I have gone back again and again with the same results… a vase full of beautiful flowers that were sure to bring an extra dose of sunshine to wherever they landed.

I selected Naperville Florist for table arrangements for a Rehearsal Dinner at Hugo’s on June 27^th. I gave them the colors, price range, and indicated the type of vase I wanted. I told them to just make them «nice». They did an incredible job and they were gorgeous. I would recommend this florist without any hesitation.

I did write a long review. If you don’t want to read it all, quick summery. You will not find a better florist in the Naperville area who will give you so much for your money, and the very best part, your flowers will be gorgeous.
Grace and her staff are so talented. They also are truly kind and really want you to be happy with everything. My daughter’s wedding was last weekend, 6−6−14. I am very particular and details matter to me. The only thing I knew for sure I wasn’t going to have to worry about that day was the flowers. They were spectacular! The flowers made the wedding extra special. Everyone was so impressed with the floral arrangements.
Everything was perfection, from the amazing, gigantic, chapel pedestal arrangements to the beautiful flowers placed in the bows on the pews. I love details, the flowers in the bows were a surprise to me, and made my day. Grace perfectly arranged them and then sprayed them with something to keep them looking lovely. She also made sure each bow was straight.
The bridal and bridesmaids bouquets were all red roses and just gorgeous. Grace delivered them in vases with water to keep them as fresh as possible. We needed a lot of corsages and boutonnières. Grace made each and every one special. Even the mom’s presentation roses were extra special, she added leaves and filler and ribbons. Again, I love details. If you do too, Grace is the florist for you. They must have worked all night. It was a warm day and all the flowers were fresh and lovely, the ceremony wasn’t until 4:00.
After the ceremony, a very nice young man was there to take the flowers to the reception. They were still taking pictures and he patiently waited and was very nice about it. He had quite a long wait.
Everyone gasped when they walked into the reception. It was beautiful!
Grace was so helpful and made sure the chapel flowers would fit in at the reception, this does help with the budget too. They looked perfect on the head table. She even used the flowers from the pew bows and placed them across the head table, genius. It was an extra pretty touch, and then the flowers were not wasted. Grace added flowers to the cake and again perfectly arranged them. The table centerpieces were just lovely. Grace made them the exact right size, not too big or small. They were very elegant. She made these adorable arrangements for the cocktail highboy tables with taller roses in a square container. I will put pictures up as soon as I get them. She also made a gorgeous tall arrangement for the gift table that was absolutely stunning.
I can not compliment Grace and her staff enough. She is a lovely lady and an amazingly talented floral designer. Her work is perfection. She is creative and has such an eye for detail. One of the nicest surprises was that the cost was much more reasonable than another big name florist. I wish I could have spent $ 5,000 or more on flowers, but that wasn’t in our budget. Thanks to Grace, it looked like we spent that, but the true cost was much more reasonable.
A word of advice, as with most things, you get what you pay for. With Grace, she gives you so much more for your money than other florists. Yes, my daughter got a lower estimate at another florist, but looking at the other florist’s pictures, there was no question, Naperville Florist was totally worth it and the best choice.
My daughter’s wedding was over the top wonderful. I can’t say thank you enough to Grace and everyone at Naperville florist. The flowers made me so happy that day. I smiled every time I looked at them.

Naperville Florist was my second appointment when shopping for florists for my wedding. While they have great ratings and reviews, I decided ultimately that they weren’t the florist I wanted to use.
Like Angela P. stated, the location is a bit confusing. I was fairly confident about where I was going, but was very thrown off when I walked in to see it nestled between a furniture store. It was unique, that’s for sure. The shop itself is packed wall-​to-​wall with various arrangements, balloons, stuffed animals, etc. Every inch of space was utilized.
Grace is very sweet and knowledgeable. We were seated and shown books but I already knew what I wanted. After visiting a florist prior to this visit, this appointment was solely to compare prices. She was able to decipher which flowers were utilized in a picture I showed her of the bouquet I had in mind.
Our appointment went rather smoothly, but it felt rushed. In the end, the price we were quoted was slightly less than the other shop we visited, but the delivery charge was a little bit more, about double the price of our first quote. Not that that’s a dealbreaker, but when you’re on a budget, you’re already pinching every penny.
Also like Angela P, we were not provided a copy of the quote (which included Grace’s notes regarding the arrangements). However, she did write up a quick «receipt» to show our total, but obviously it didn’t have the names of the flowers, colors, etc which is why we wanted the original, so we’d have it as a reference.
All in all, it seems like they do beautiful arrangements and their prices are about the same as other florists in the area. They just weren’t for me, but I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area in search of a florist.

Grace did all the floral arrangements for my wedding on 11÷10÷13. I have occasionally gotten flowers from here for a long time, so I didn’t have to think too hard about finding a florist. I met with her a few times during the planning process. I had a long engagement and pretty much knew exactly what I wanted, going into these meetings. Grace was more than accommodating and helpful. The flowers looked absolutely gorgeous that day, and my guests took home every arrangement that we would allow. I could not have asked for more, thank you so much for making my wedding day so beautiful!

I live in Kentucky and needed flowers delivered to Naperville on the Tuesday after Memorial Day. The store had been closed for the holiday. But when I called early that morning, and asked for a delivery that day, Grace not only assured me that they would be delivered but made the most beautiful arrangement imagined. I had requested some extra decorations and it was perfect, exactly what I had in mind. When we arrived at the funeral home, I was so happy to see her creation. Last year I received an amazing bouquet from a friend, who purchased them from Naperville Florist. It was so out of the ordinary, I just loved it. The flowers lasted for two weeks. This year I used Naperville Florist myself for prom flowers, and was not disappointed. Grace did an amazing job and even suggested some ways to make the wristlet look beautiful. Her prices are very competitive, too. I’ll definitely use them again

After visiting Naperville Florist, I received 2 voicemail messages from the shop. Honestly, I didn’t listen to them as I assumed it was just a follow-​up call to see if we’ve found a florist. I’m notorious for deleting messages halfway through them.
Anyway, a few days later, two enormous flower arrangements were delivered to my home. Included was a note from Grace, indicating she’d read my Unilocal review and was disappointed to see what I’d had to say. She further explained the store was transitioning to Christmas décor and she hadn’t been feeling well, and she should’ve rescheduled our appointment.
The arrangements we received were gorgeous, and I was overwhelmed to know that businesses really do read their reviews.
I still was happier with what another florist showed us, but I may go back to Naperville Florist to do business. I’d recommend them to anyone in the area.

I don’t even know where to begin… but I LOVE Mrs Song (Grace) and her flowers! My family and I have been enjoying her flowers for years & years and I would always tell my high school dance dates to get their flowers from them (no Jewel or Dominicks for me!). My fiancé ordered a bouquet on the day of Valentine’s and they were able to make an arrangement last minute and deliver!
I am especially excited to work with Naperville florist for my wedding next year! The quality, expertise & longevity of the flowers are worth every penny!

Ordered flowers here for this past weekend (Mother’s Day).
I’m a college student so I was looking to get something affordable & found about 3 – 5 terrific selections that I knew my mom would like. Eventually settled for one after asking friends to help me choose.
All in all, my mom loved it. Delivery service was great. Mom mentioned delivery driver was really nice. Quality flowers.

This is probably the best place in naperville for flowers (pick up or delivery). This business is a family business for over 15 years and they do such a great job. Grace, the owner, knows everything about flowers and does a great job with all the arrangements. If you are not sure of what you want, she gives great suggestions and they turn out amazing. Not only do they deliver just in Naperville, they deliver flowers around the surrounding cities which is great. I have ordered flowers from here for many years for dances, birthdays, and Mother’s day. Never have I been disappointed with their flowers. If you go into the store they also have a wide selection of silk arrangements, cards, and even balloons and stuffed animals to go with the flowers! They really care about giving the best quality of flowers and will make sure you are happy. I also went to a wedding that they have done the flowers for and it was so beautiful. This is the best place to go to for flowers, guaranteed :)
