Naperville King’s Taxi

I have been using King’s Taxi for about 6 months now and I have absolutely ZERO complaints! I live in the Naperville/​Aurora area, and anytime I have called to schedule for a ride, I am greeted on time and taken to my destination via the shortest route. I can honestly say that this taxi service is the most reliable service that I have ever chosen to use, considering I have been accommodated at times when it has either been a last minute request or a late one at that. I will continue to use this taxi service as long as I live in this area. Thanks King’s!

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE! It’s one inept guy with only one taxi driver to dispatch. If only I could give 0 stars… Here’s what happened: I called the night before to order a taxi. The dispatcher who answers the phone scheduled my appointment and confirmed that my taxi would be there on time no questions asked, and they would also call me. Lo and behold, the next morning there was no taxi and no call. I called the number listed on their website several times with no answer. I was late to my job because of this! The next day, the scheduler called me at 9:57 at night. I answered, and when I realized it was King’s Taxi, I was furious that he would have the gall to call me after all that, especially so late at night. He hung up on me about 30 seconds into my rant. My boyfriend then called the taxi number from his own cell phone and asked about their procedure with ordering a taxi. He then advised the man that his girlfriend did all of those things properly and yet why was I not serviced as promised? The man then told him he had TEXTED the WRONG person MY INFORMATION! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I have to verify this but I am under the impression that sort of thing is illegal. I will be contacting the village of Lisle shortly to be filing a formal complaint, and hopefully this awful man’s license to practice in Lisle will be revoked. If you are still reading this and you STILL want to try your luck with this guy, be my guest. You are better off walking to your destination…
