Dr. Cortney is simply AMAZING! She was recommended to me by a yoga instructor for my hip and I am so thankful. I had my very first visit with her yesterday afternoon. She spent so much time with me and you can tell she really cares about her patients. She worked on my hip and showed me some things to do at home on my own time to help it. She also asked about anything else that bothers me and worked on my shoulder blade. She even called and left me a voicemail last night just to see how I was feeling! She goes above and beyond. The cutest/​sweetest/​funniest/​friendliest Dr. I have ever known! Highly recommend her. Look at all of her perfect 5 star reviews — you’re in good hands!

Dr. Cortney is the BEST. She is so incredibly skilled and talented at what she does.

Dr. Cortney is very remarkable: her knowledge, skill and personality and one cannot help but like her and appreciate what she does for you. She used an Active Release Technique that has helped me with very tight muscles (per her tighter than most of her patients). When I noted a new issue she explained what it was but someone else said it was a hernia. To confirm I saw a doctor who agreed it was a hernia and referred me to a surgeon. However the surgeon said it was not a hernia and confirmed Dr. Cortney’s diagnosis — pretty good! I took one of her brochures to work to give to HR who then gave it to a pregnant worker who was having so much difficulty she could no longer work but after one or two visits with Dr. Cortney she came back to work and praised what Dr. Cortney did. Dr. Cortney is very caring about her patients (my wife also saw her) and is very flexible with her hours. I can only say great things about her and I have recommended her to others and I do the same to anyone reading this review. I thank the other reviews that resulted in my going to see her in the first place as I am normally very skeptical of chiropractors.

I was referred to Dr. Cortney after trying numerous chiropractors and massage therapists for pain in my knee that was keeping me from playing basketball and some of the more strenuous workout routines that I am accustomed to.
Upon meeting Dr. Cortney, I immediately could tell that she understood the frustration I was having at not being able to continue my normal exercise activities. She was encouraging and upbeat, and as a fitness nut herself, determined to help get me back to my work outs.
Dr. Cortney did more than just adjust the problem area. She looked at the surrounding muscle tissue to address issues with tightness, put me through a series of exercises to determine mechanical issues, and gave me exercises to address muscles that were not functioning properly. At my request she even performed a little acupuncture!
If you’re looking for a more holistic approach to addressing your pain, and a more complete approach than a simple adjustment, I would definitely recommend Dr. Cortney.

Love Dr. Courtney! She’s treated me and my kids and she really takes the time to work with you to get you feeling great. She spends a lot of time with each patient and genuinely cares about everyone.

I had moved over a hour away from my old chiropractor. Now with a little one and pregnant again I was searching for a chiropractor closer to home. I went to 5 different chiropractors in the fox Valley area before I found Dr. Cortney online. She was on vacation, but still responded and I made an appointment. She has been such a blessing to our family. Not only did she help my physical ailments during and after pregnancy, but also mentally. She has so much knowledge to share. My little one had reflux and purple crying, at 2 weeks I began to bring him in to get relief as well. It was amazing right after the adjustment he was relaxed and would actually sleep. Dr Cortney was also instrumental in diagnosing him with torticollis very early on. Because of the adjustments, stretches that she showed us to do at home, along with the suggestion of baby wearing he didn’t end up having to wear a helmet. Dr Cortney now also see’s my 4 year old and husband. She is extremely flexible with scheduling. Her dedication and passion to her practice and patients will exceed your expectation.

I was refered to Dr. Weigand by a friend for my back/​shoulder pain. Dr. Weigand is great — she was put me right at ease even though I am not a fan of chiropractor visits. She is very friendly yet very professional. She was also very helpful when discussing payment options — she really cares about her patients and will go out of her way to make treatment assessible. I would definately continue to recommend her to my family/​friends. And bonus I had to bring my toddler along — she is great with kids.

Dr. Weigand treated me for hip pain and diagnosed that it wasn’t the hip joint but rather misalignment and muscle imbalances. She makes a point of keeping up with the latest treatment methods. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and very caring. You can always count on a smile from Dr. Weigand and I had one too after she helped alleviate my pain!

Just started seeing Dr. Cortney and so far my experience has been fantastic. She spent so much time with me to figure out the root cause of my issues and then provided really effective, targeted therapy. I will be seeing her regularly. I have seen a number of chiropractors in the area and Dr. Cortney has been the best by far. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Cortney helped me out while I was pregnant with my 4^th baby. I suffered a lot of hip pain during my 3^rd pregnancy, to the point where I couldn’t stand on one leg. I decided to get proactive this time and went to see Dr Weigand.
I had been to a chiropractor once before and was thoroughly put off by their style. But it was so different going to see Cortney. She is so very welcoming and easy to get along with and talk honestly about what is going on (she should be paid for listening to me blab the whole session long as well!). There was no pressure to get expensive x-​rays or follow any schemes, no sales pitch, just good quality hands on care.
I am so thrilled to be able to say that I did NOT have the hip pain repeated again, so the proactive treatment worked!!! She could tell that one particular joint was seized up and that my tailbone was off, so she worked on those areas as well as releasing some of the tension in my back. I didn’t have the tailbone tenderness that I’d had previously either.
She’s a star! To be comfortable and feeling healthy and happy during the last stages of pregnancy is priceless. I would thoroughly recommend any pregnant person to get seen by Dr Cortney.

Dr. Weigand has helped me tremendously with lower back pain related to endurance cycling. Treatments have included physical therapy, home stretching assignments, and acupuncture. Nutritional supplementation counseling has also been a valued product/​service.

I’ve had bad experience with chiropractors in the past, so I was tentative to go to another one. However, Cortney came with very good reviews, and had a great experience during my initial visits with her.
She is very professional, yet engaging when she needs to be. She identified why I was having my upper back issue and was able to treat it in my two visits.
I will definitely be going back for maintenance and for anything else that breaks down in my body.
I highly recommend her and her services. You won’t regret it.

Can’t be thankful enough to Dr. Weigand who helped our 16mo baby to avoid surgery. Our youngest one was suffering from constant ear infections, so many that she developed resistance to antibiotics. Our pediatrician advised that next step has to be surgery — ear tubes. We did not want that so we started researching other options. We came across Dr. Weigand’s practice and decided to give it a try. She was very upfront with us, very understanding and started working with the baby right away. She helped her build a stronger immune system and avoid getting new ear infections. Dr. Weigand is a miracle worker! And even beyond her great skills and knowledge, she is extremely nice and patient. I can highly recommend her to everyone who needs help and my only regret is that we have not met her earlier. Thank you

Went here for shoulder pain and she has been incredible in so many ways. She is extremely flexible with scheduling, very positive and is truly concerned with finding the best treatment for your problem. She has gone above and beyond in explaining the exact source of the issue so you clearly understand. Knowledge is power… and Dr. Cortney absolutely makes a point to educate you along with treating you. With her great disposition, this makes for quite a powerful combo! I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Weigand is unlike other Chiropractors I have experienced. Definitely caters treatment to you, and really takes the time to not only understand your problem/​issue but also your lifestyle and other factors that may be contributing to the reason for your visit. A combination of chiropractic and ART was used to treat some shoulder/​neck pain and tightness, as well as some other running related issues. I was recommended to her from a family member, and would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to see her. Expert in her fields of study and extremely personable, I will certainly be seeing Dr. Weigand again!

I found the Unilocal posting for Structure while trying to find a local acupuncturist. I was 37 weeks pregnant, and had just found out my baby was breech. My OB suggested I look into acupuncture for a possible way to get the baby to turn, and I was given a week to «flip» the little guy, or my OB wanted to talk about a c-​section. I absolutely did NOT want a c-​section, so I took to the web that night to find someone who might be able to help. I noticed the posting for Structure because the first review that came up was from another mother who had a breech baby, and her review stated that Dr. Weigand was able to turn her baby into the proper position. I called Dr. Weigand, explained my situation, and mentioned that I really was afraid of needles, but was willing to try anything to get my little one to turn. Dr. Weigand mentioned a chiropractic technique called the Webster method as an alternative to the acupuncture, and immediately scheduled me for an initial appointment the very next day.
When I arrived at the office (and it was so funny — I have driven by Structure’s offices about 100 times on my way to Mom’s group!), I was immediately at home. The offices are in a converted house, and they are comfortable, calming, and I just loved them… Dr. Weigand was there to meet me, and we clicked from the start. She is so easy to talk to, and just friendly, down-​to-​earth, and nice! She asked about my pregnancy and history, and explained exactly what she was going to do for my chiropractic adjustment. As she was doing her exam and session, my body felt so good! I had a terrible experience at a chiropractor in the past (it was more painful than therapeutic) and this was a whole different story — I almost felt like I was getting a nice stretch and massage! After the session, Dr. Weigand actually even convinced me to try the acupuncture, and she made me so at ease that I agreed!
Later that night, less than 10 hours after this initial session, I felt a CRAZY pressure in my stomach — it sure felt like something was happening with the baby! I didn’t want to think too much about it, and kept second-​guessing myself, but at our OB appointment last night, we found that the baby had indeed turned! Yes, that’s right — Dr. Weigand was able to get my pelvis aligned enough after just ONE session that the baby was able to flip! We did continue with 4 more sessions, just to be safe, and I actually did do the acupuncture as well each time, and it was just a great experience. She even came in on Saturday and Sunday just to see me and help me and my baby — and actually, my last appointment was on Mother’s Day, and Dr. Weigand even brought me a small bouquet of yellow tulips (how did she know they were my favorite!!!) I’m telling you, she is just a nice person!
I told Dr. Weigand that even if I found out that my baby was still breech, the way my body felt was worth trying anyways — I feel more energetic, less uncomfortable, and just happier. Thank you, Dr. Weigand, and I will recommend Structure to everyone I know!

I had been suffering with constant neck and shoulder tightness, pain and discomfort for almost 20 years. I had sought relief from many different chiropractors, massage and physical therapists with limited to no relief.
I met Dr. Weigand at a women’s only networking group. I had all but given up hope on my neck and shoulder pain. But she mentioned she uses different soft tissue techniques, massage, and muscle therapy to help get patients out of pain. After reviewing her website, I decided, to make an appointment. The techniques she used were extremely different than any of the other professions have used and within a few visits I was feeling better than I have felt in years. Dr. Cortney Weigand is goes above & beyond! She treats her patients with kindness & respect & is also very affordable! I have been to many Chiropractors over the years, but none have even come close to the amazing experience I have had with Dr. Weigand. When I came to her I was in my 8^th month of pregnancy with my first child. My baby had been breech for 3 weeks & my midwives were starting to suggest the possibility of birthing by C-​Section. As a Doula, Prenatal Yoga Instructor & natural holistic mama I was devastated to hear this & determined to birth my baby naturally. Dr. Weigand was successful in using the Webster Technique & acupuncture to assist in turning my baby in 2 ½ days! (A total of only 5 sessions) Then I continued seeing her once a week because this technique also gave me sciatica, hip & pelvic bone PAIN RELIEF. I would walk out of her office feeling 50 to 100% better each time! My daughter Skylar was born on ⁵⁄₁₀. We had a completely beautiful & natural birth experience. Dr. Weigand came to see us after the baby was born & during her visit she made sure all was good with me & my babys alignment too. Sky is now 2 months old & Dr. Weigand has come to be our family’s’ most trusted practioner! As she has continued to assist us with breastfeeding support, supplements, stress relief, headaches, shoulder, neck & back pain, & more. She now sees our whole family (my husband & my mother too) because of her genuine friendly personality, trust worthy practice & knowledgeable expertise!

It is embarrassing to admit how many times I have been in my pajamas at Structure, but it is important to understand my relationship with Dr. Weigand and her staff. When I first came to them I couldn’t sit in a chair without pain, and I needed help putting on my socks. When I couldn’t walk on my own because of a herniated disc the Structure staff helped me along the road to recovery. I have been at my most helpless moments with them, and with them I made it through. They are the best kind of people.
I have never been good at taking care of myself, and at 35 I think you could describe my body as a beat up old pick-​up truck. Now, I can do far more than sit in a chair or put on my own socks. I can ride my bike again, and run around like a crazy person carrying way too much camera equipment. I have been given my life back and it is pain free.
Please, don’t be like me and wait until pain takes over your life.
