I have made seven phone calls to this office trying to schedule an appointment and have had no luck with someone answering the phone. I have left three voicemails asking for someone to call me back to schedule a new patient appointment and I have not heard back from anyone. It’s been a week now since my initial phone call and message and I have yet to hear from them. I even had my records transferred in hopes that I would be able to ease the process of getting an appointment with them but it seems that there is no one available to make an appointment. I highly suggest looking for someone else if you’re in urgent need of getting a hold of someone here. The one time I was able to get a hold of someone they would not make an appointment for me until my records were transferred over which I quickly had done. But I’ve never been able to get a hold of anyone ever since. At this rate I would rather go to an out of network provider knowing that I would get decent customer service than trying to schedule here even though they are in my network.
