Sunshine Hypnosis specializes in Clinical Hypnosis, EFT, Inner Child Connection, and Past Life Regression in order to assist you to overcome unwanted patterns of behaviors, emotions, or health issues. Hypnosis works well to alleviate fears; to reduce depression; for stress reduction; to reduce anxiety; to stop smoking; for sleep problems; for weight loss; hypnobirthing; ADD/​ADHD; pain management; and so much more. Working with hypnosis allows an individual to become deeply relaxed and highly focused on there needs. Generally, a hypnotized person has greater awareness of sensations and surroundings. During the hypnosis session, the client generally hears and remembers most of what the hypnotist speaks. Therefore, the client can remain in control of his/​her actions and feel safe throughout the session. Hypnosis assists a person to become more inclined to do things he/​she wants to do, but virtually never makes a person behave against their will. Raymond specializes in hypnotic regression helping him to get to the root cause of a client’s problem thereby assisting each client to release the unwanted patterns of behavior, emotions, or related health issues.

I contacted Raymond and Sunshine Hypnosis to help me with a claustrophobia issue. From the first conversation, Raymond was very professional and easy to talk to. He made any fear that I had about hypnosis disappear and made me feel very comfortable about approaching the process. In my sessions with Raymond I not only gained insight to things I could do to help with my claustrophobia but also learned valuable information about myself. It’s amazing where the mind will go if you are willing and open to learning more about yourself. I suffered from Trichotillomania (hair-​pulling disorder) for 23 years. It was something I was always very ashamed of and was embarrassed by my habit. I’m getting married in November, and the thought of taking photos was overwhelming. I knew I had to finally stop this. I found Raymond’s hypnosis deal on Living Social. I am SO HAPPY I purchased the deal! After four sessions, I’m happy to say I 100% beat Trichotillomania! I don’t feel the urges anymore to pull out my eyelashes and eyebrows. It’s unreal and amazing! Raymond listened to me and helped me discover why I was doing this for so long. He’s the reason I overcame this disorder. THANK YOU! I’ve enjoyed several sessions with Raymond, and with his help many, many changes have occurred. I went in for help with weight loss and through his work, I no longer eat fast/​junk food, drink diet soda, or eat chocolate. Most recently, we worked on increasing activity and I’m up to 12 000 steps a day on my Fitbit! He’s just wonderful, a very nice person, skillful hypnotist, patient and caring. If you want change in your life, and you’re willing to put in the work, Raymond’s influence can take you anywhere you want to go.

I had my first hypnosis experience at Sunshine Hypnosis’ Naperville location. Raymond does a great job explaining the process and he is really easy to talk to. I found that hypnosis was extremely relaxing and was able to shed light on my past’s effects on my current situation. It is a really fascinating and revealing process and I highly recommend seeing Raymond at his practice if you have any physical or emotional issues you are working on or if you are simply curious about regression or hypnosis.
